- MPMatthew ProctorFeb 21, 20262.0The location is excellent and the room was spacious. We didn't have the noise issue I read about. It was a very nice hotel. Unfortunately we will not be staying again due to the horrible service. The room was very nice except for the dirty socks and pair of boxers left in the bathroom from what I would assume was the last guests. When we called the front desk to inform them, they told us it must of been ours. It definitely wasn't. We ended up leaving them on a shelf in the bathroom. Valley parking was a nightmare. When we asked for our vehicle, they brought us the wrong vehicle twice, and handed us the keys! It took over 30min to get the correct vehicle. I would highly recommend not utilizing the vallet parking. Service in the bar was also subpar. It was not that busy that evening and we had to wait 40min for three drinks. Two of which were wrong. If you are not driving and want a nice room downtown in a hotel that you don't plan on eating or drinking at. I would recommend. If you are driving and plan on dining at the hotel, definitely stay somewhere else.

She definitely is the best front desk agent I’ve experienced out of all my stays. Thank you for everything you definitely made my stay great. She definitely deserves a raise

However, it was on Commercial Street and the street racing started around 8pm and went till after midnight. At 4am the semi trucks started rumbling by. The ‘complimentary’ ear plugs on the night stand should have been our warning. Great, comfy place to stay but plan on wearing ear plugs.
