- CMCaryne MountDec 24, 20255.0Very helpful staff! Beautiful room. I had a very pleasant stay. Had dinner at restaurant downstairs, which I highly recommend if you don't feel like going out. Valet parking is offered, or self-park on street by paying at kiosk or get the convenient Beep Beep Salem app on your device and pay remotely.

I might have been unlucky, as my room faced the street, but I couldn't fall asleep until 3 a.m. even after putting in the provided earplugs. It says a lot about the noise level when you walk into a room and find earplugs waiting on the nightstand. I’ve traveled to many major, bustling cities around the world, and this room was definitely too poorly insulated to block out that much road noise.

The staff was incredible, the location can't be beat, and the restaurant is an added bonus that was unexpectedly delicious. I traveled by myself for a work event and enjoyed the elevated holiday decoration, the modern and comfortable room, and most of all the uniquely accommodating staff. Highly recommended!

When we arrived she informed my wife and I that since I was gold status we would receive a 30 dollar per day to be used towards incidentals and that since it was Thanksgiving wthey were only offering a Thanksgiving buffet, so we ask about other options and she sent us to a restaurant that was not open. We returned to the hotel and ordered the buffet only to find out others were ordering from the menus which we were not offered! To add to that we were informed the next day that we would not get the 30 dollars per day since we booked through a third party! Thinking they need to train the staff better!
