I've always been treated exceptionally well by this hotel. They're very accommodating particularly if you're part of their Hilton honors system. Like any hotel there are some little glitchy things here and there that could go wrong but in general everything is improved since I've been there even the last time.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were genuinely welcoming and made the whole stay feel effortless. Breakfast was a real plus fresh, satisfying, and the perfect start to the day and the location on a quiet street meant we slept without any outside noise. With prices this fair for the comfort and service, I’d absolutely stay here again.

I’m in town on business. My office booked this hotel. I would not have chosen this location. Very noisy! The beds are hard as a slab and the pillows are terrible. Most hotel pillows suck so I brought my own Hest pillow. That’s the only reason I got any sleep. Went to the lobby to get some coffee and check out the complementary breakfast. It’s almost 7 AM. It was supposed to start at 6:30. There’s nothing! No coffee! You had one job. You failed!
I would never choose to stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend This place to anyone

I stayed here for a few nights on a work trip. Just about everything about it was terrible. Hair on the floor, flickering lights, no proper shower - just a low pressure handheld shower head in the bathroom (no door or separated area). Highway noise keeps you up at night and it was not very clear how to close the blinds - eventually found a switch on the other side of the room but the only information they offer in the room is how to tip them. The pictures on their google do not come close to describing how bad the room they put me into was.

Stayed here again, and was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. My previous stay was before their remodel and I was not a fan at all. The re designed rooms were comfortable and spacious, clean and well maintained. The remodel made the hotel feel like a new hotel, not like an old hotel with some cosmetic bandaids.
The staff was friendly enough and check in went smoothly. The pool area was nice and the bar area in the lobby made for a nice opportunity to socialize in a casual manner.
My biggest complaint came from breakfast. The food was actually a lot better than a I remembered. However their toaster went full on nuclear on an old man’s toast and set off the fire alarms for the building. Not such a huge issue but for the fact that no one on the hotel staff had any idea how to turn the system off which caused the alarms to screech for an extended period of time, leading to the hotel having to be evacuated, the fire department called and my son and I missing our appointment because we got blocked in by the fire truck.
Talking with the employee the toaster is a known issue and malfunctions similarly frequently. The root of the problem was that known issue that was unaddressed and it ended up costing us as a family. The fact that staff has no way to address a known false alarm is another alarming safety concern.
The other notch against this hotel is its location. They can’t control that they are next to a strip club, but it instantly takes the eye test down a notch.
