Had a terrible interaction with the bartender Wednesday night, when I approached it "this could have been handled better" the reply was "you can complain to management" Joe the General Manager did get back to me after I emailed, but the overall interaction with the bartender K***** was disappointing to say the least

Stayed here again, and was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. My previous stay was before their remodel and I was not a fan at all. The re designed rooms were comfortable and spacious, clean and well maintained. The remodel made the hotel feel like a new hotel, not like an old hotel with some cosmetic bandaids. The staff was friendly enough and check in went smoothly. The pool area was nice and the bar area in the lobby made for a nice opportunity to socialize in a casual manner. My biggest complaint came from breakfast. The food was actually a lot better than a I remembered. However their toaster went full on nuclear on an old man’s toast and set off the fire alarms for the building. Not such a huge issue but for the fact that no one on the hotel staff had any idea how to turn the system off which caused the alarms to screech for an extended period of time, leading to the hotel having to be evacuated, the fire department called and my son and I missing our appointment because we got blocked in by the fire truck. Talking with the employee the toaster is a known issue and malfunctions similarly frequently. The root of the problem was that known issue that was unaddressed and it ended up costing us as a family. The fact that staff has no way to address a known false alarm is another alarming safety concern. The other notch against this hotel is its location. They can’t control that they are next to a strip club, but it instantly takes the eye test down a notch.

Location is not ideal but the hotel is very good. Rooms are well kept, lighted and spacious. Plenty of parking yet they charge $15 for overnight parking. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to our requests. Breakfast area was clean and free of clutter. You pay $15 for breakfast. Overall a very good hotel

They don't clean the room during your stay! Free water is not included! There is no hairdryer! The air conditioner is very noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone... I left a tip in the morning, but when I came back in the evening, the tip was untouched, the room hadn't been cleaned, the bed hadn't been changed, there was hair on the floor, and stains. Unfortunately, it's disappointing.

We book here thinking we got a good deal and also had the breakfast. Come to find out you have to pay to have the breakfast and when we got to our room they had water bottles that you had to pay for to have. Seeing those extra charges mad us fee that if we used anything that we are going to get charged. Of I knew this I would of spent a little more for somewhere else.
