    This review is specially for an employee name Charline. She was so kind, resourceful and informational during our stay. She has great customer service and we felt relaxed and well taken care during the weekend for a pickleball tournament (which we brought home two golds). Thank you, again :)

    Stayed two nights in two separate rooms. The first room was nicer, with actually glassware and coffee mugs, plus a sofa. The second room, I was put by the elevator in the 4th floor and it was freezing in the hallway. The carpet in both rooms left a lot to be desired, especially in the second room. You can’t hide all of those stains with the carpet pattern. I liked that there were pump bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, instead of the little bars/bottles that get thrown away. With that said, the staff was nice. I ordered a mixed green salad from the bar, which was the weirdest salad I’ve ever received. Nothing but a bunch of frisée with a few lemon slices and very stale croutons. No tomatoes, no carrots, etc. The cookies are always delicious! Parking wasn’t an issue. I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, pool, etc. Overall, I would stay again. Just replace the carpet!

    I'm not sure why this place has a 3.7 star rating. Our stay was perfect. The place is newly remodeled and has everything you could want, from a snack bar, great breakfast, pool, gym, comfortable beds, etc. Highly recommend.
