  Paid over $400 to stay here for 2 nights, we have stayed here multiple times before with no issues and are best western rewards members , we come here specifically with our kids because of the pool, and proximity to resturaunt, we booked only to find out that the pool is closed, when we asked for a discounted rate we were told theres nothing they can do! If I paid for the ammentites but the amenities arent available I should be compensated!, also you could have informed me the pool, hotub, and sauna was closed and we would have stayed elsewhere. What a SCAM! We will be contacting the corporate office, and complaining!

  I stay there 6 or 8 times a year. I love the place always clean. Everyone is always friendly when I get there. I'm gonna semi truck and I can't run around town. So it's nice to have the Denny's. With the sports bar next door I can have dinner a beer and play the organ lottery for a little while before I have to go back and relax in the pool or the hot tub.

  This hotel is so amazing its like top notch hotel!!I dont even know where to start! First off the ladies at the front is amazing!she top notch and if u need help with anything she there!!and she gave us free denny breakfast!and 10 percent off and also at her desk free cinnamon rolls and fruit! They got the coolest coffee bar ,if you love your coffee come here!! You can make your coffee all kinds of ways and stronger or less strong, you can get lemon lime water and fill up your water bottles or cup!!and it has computer room,sauna,awsome pool,and spa, a laundry mat, and vending machine!!you walk in you feel like your walking in too 5 star hotel!!the maintenance does an amazing job and just maintains it so great! I. Ame here on business but I would come here just for hotel thats how nice it was!! Also the channels you get free tv and wifi!and microwave and fridge and small freezer spot infridge fit small item,never had that before!and also if I could rate it over 10 I would!u want the best hotel experience come here cause it defantly worth the money!!its plus for reason because its an A+++++! I will talk about this hotel to everyone. Thats hotel is amazing!!! And the people who work here.

  The front desk staff was amazing, we came up for a fun event and they went out of their way to support and assist us in every way. Rooms were clean and super comfortable, pool, hot tub and sauna were excellent. This is my second stay here and will be my go to in Salem

  Terrible customer service, there’s mold in the bathrooms. This is an older establishment. They do have a sauna, but it’s old and smelly. Also, the pool is dirty as well as the hot tub. They do give Denny coupons, but it smells like poop in Denny’s. It’s really gross and dirty in there. I would not recommend this establishment.
