  I can't say enough good things about my positive experience here. I felt well taken care of. My fiance recently lost her son in a tragic drowning. We needed a place to heal, and this was exactly what we needed. 🙏 I booked this place through an online app and messed up the dates, but the manager fixed it and got us the rooms. Thank you!

  Check-in was fine. The room itself was decent enough and clean but I would never stay here again based on the overall experience. The pool...FREEZING. One of the draws was that this place had a pool but it was too miserable to go in. Continental breakfast...not really. It's not in the hotel. They give you vouchers for Denny's in the parking lot. Not that big of a deal unless you have a neuro divergent child who cannot stand to wait in lines or be in crowded restaurants. Another reason I chose this place was my quick search for hotels with free breakfast. I guess I should have dug deeper to see what their setup was. To make things worse, our server brought us a check and then disappeared. Even though we ordered the free meal. Because of a situation with my child, I didn't have time to wait around for someone who never refilled my coffee to come back and explain that if you pay up front, they comp the food that way. I was using cash so I just paid it and left. I found out about this system later when I questioned the free breakfast. If you have a child who won't sit still, you kind of do your best and just leave before the whole restaurant gets a show so while not entirely their fault, they shouldn't be giving guests a check at all. The food was also terrible. Like, nasty terrible. The noise...not only are the walls paper thin but most of the guests around us had absolutely zero hotel etiquette. Loud telephone conversations with swear words galore, partying teenagers, kids running up and down the halls and no parents in sight. We tried to just ignore it before bedtime but it continued all throughout our first night. Our direct neighbors decided to have a family squabble in the hallway, right in front of our door. They were super loud exiting and entering their room and talking loudly by 7AM. I was up every hour on our second night with random disturbances from inconsiderate people upstairs. We ended up checking out at 8AM because we were so fed up. This place seemed to fit the bill for our trip to The Enchanted Forest but honestly, I will go back to being my own maid at an AirBnB even closer to the park before I ever consider staying at this cardboard box ever again.

  Absolute best hotel ever!! Misty Who helped me with my booking was incredible! Virginia. My housekeeper was incredible. 10 out of 10 recommend
