  It was nasty, found old butter and POOP under out beds! Not even a full roll of toilet paper. Nothing looked vacuumed, grey hair in the shower, crumbs on the sheets, I had to go to walmart to buy my own sheets. Pretty sad. The crew doesn't care about cleaning at all and the " manager" at the front desk this morning was rude for no reason saying nothing I can do to help you. Won't go here again or none of my family who comes to visit our family who lives in roseburg.

  Poor experience. Hot tub broke down. Little beds. Charged 25 for a towel that got stained blue. We had nothing to stain a towel blue. Breakfast area Little and could not keep up with customers. Condom wrappers in parking lot. Several customers stating they would never come back. Garbage at edge of our bed. Made a complaint. Lady didn't care one bit. Our first time staying there and our last. I would not recommend.

  Welcomed with a smile! Staff is very pleasant. Rooms are nice and beds are comfy.

  Kid you not, 5-star service. They offer a wide array of options for breakfast, an indoor pool and hot tub, and amazing service from the staff at the front desk. (Note: I give rooms 4 stars, only because I don't think they've been updated since the brand change. This property was formerly a Sleep Inn. Everything else is still nice!)
