- SJS JFeb 9, 20261.0Avoid this hotel at all costs. I’ve stayed in countless hotels for work, and this was easily one of the most dishonest experiences I’ve ever had. They charged me for a supposed “mattress stain” days after I checked out — but the metadata on their own photos proves those pictures were taken on Friday, while I checked out Tuesday morning. So unless they’re claiming stains appear days after guests leave, something doesn’t add up. When I noticed the charge on my credit card that Wednesday, I immediately started calling for answers. After days of being passed around and ignored, “Hailey” finally admitted what the charge was, but even then, the photos she eventually sent looked generic and suspicious — like the same set they might send to anyone who questions these bogus fees. I travel regularly and have always chosen Best Western for convenience, but this experience (and a few others lately) makes it clear that accountability isn’t part of their brand anymore. Between poor communication, questionable billing, and dishonest practices, I’ve lost all trust in them. From now on, I’ll take my business somewhere that doesn’t rely on fabricated charges to make an extra buck.

They claimed they discounted our stay but really just gave us a downgraded room and charged that price claiming they gave us discount. The room was tiny, linens dirty and the remote wouldn't work.

The breakfast had coffee,tea,eggs, big sausage,different cereals waffles and lots of creamer and zero sugar as well. The staff was amazing and kind and professional. The blankets looked washed after every use and the comforter as well. Down side was the TV streaming but we knew that before we booked the room
