The 7 Seven Thai just south of the hotel is in the same parking lot and Shanti's Indian Cuisine is just next to grocery outlet, both are amazingly delicious and should be visited. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because of the strong odor. On top of that, when I first arrived to check in, a dog suddenly ran toward me in the lobby area. It was very scary and unprofessional for a hotel to have an unleashed dog around guests. Overall, this place is completely unacceptable — dirty rooms, bad smell, and no safety for guests. I will never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

When trying to book two rooms, the gentleman working the front desk told me that we could not due to my children’s service animals. We were booking two separate rooms, where the policy is 2 animals per room. Despite this, and the fact that we did not mind paying any fee associated with having our children’s medically required animals, we were denied. We answered the questions he asked ‘is animal required because of a disability’ and ‘does this animal perform a task’ which the answer was yes to both. We even named the task(s) they perform. Despite all this, he still would not allow us to book a room. We are a military family who were simply looking for a place to stay while trying to PCS. Avoid at all costs!
