This created a very toxic environment in the air along with the desk and television cabinet. Managements refused to relocate us even with the majority of rooms unoccupied. She also told us that a bad review would be a threat. We had to relocate to a different motel without a refund for the night. Staying here is a health risk and total disrespect to the seniors.

Instead maintenance and sprayed raid ant and roach killer all over the desk top, and the area by refrigerator and TV. We requested to be moved again as the room was very toxic after being sprayed. The manager refused to give us another room. She said we had two choices: Deal with the sprayed room Or leave without a refund for that night. The Best Western Garden Villa in Roseburg OR was not full. We asked to move to another room. They refused. We forfeited our prepaid room cost for that night. We had to leave as the room was toxic. From the moment I tried to address an issue, staff were dismissive, short-tempered, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying guest. Instead of trying to resolve concerns or communicate respectfully, the staff spoke rudely and showed no interest in helping. Customer service is a huge part of any hotel stay, and unfortunately this location failed badly in that area. For the price and expectations, this was not worth it. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning unless there is significant improvement in how guests are treated.
