It's the little touches that make this place extraordinary-a goodie bag and warm soup when you check in, a full breakfast including real plates, real eggs sausage, bacon, and even a bottle of everything mix you can sprinkle on your bagel. Well done.

What a welcome relief this Best Western was! On the road, looking to for a decent place to lay our weary heads when we found this place. Entering the lobby, the room was filled with the sweet smell of just baked cookies. Sure enough, there on the counter were warm cookies for the taking.
Service throughout was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and mini fridge was large! The only downside was the water pressure in the shower - pretty weak. Breakfast the next morning had something for everyone: waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, yogurt, cold cereal, and fruit. Again, the woman in charge was very friendly and kept everything refilled.
We weren’t there during the summer season, but the pool area looked nice and I’m sure a welcome reprieve on a hot summer day.

Staff was really helpful and friendly from housekeeping to the front desk felt welcomed and taken care of check-in was super easy and breakfast was great the next morning. They are knowledgeable about the area . Rooms are clean well stocked, and if you have anything extra, you need, they are more than happy to accommodate. Location is great right in the hub of town and next to shopping.

We arrived 10 minutes early for our check in. I did not think this was a big deal, as it often takes that long to get checked in and if we had to wait 10 minutes, it would be fine. From the moment we walked in the door, things went downhill fast.
We were told we were too early, ok I can come back in in 10 minutes, but no, the rooms we had booked would not be available and would not be for 2 hours. Check in time is 3:00pm and we had to sit for 2 hours to get into our reserved room?
The girl at the front desk was rude and not at all helpful. She could have explained they were short staffed, that there was a mix up, offered a solution, or even acted like she cared and worked a customer service position. Instead she acted like it was fully our issue to deal with. Not an apology or suggestion of something we could do.
I called the corporate office, hoping to resolve the issue or get a refund. After talking to 2 very kind ladies, was told that the Garden Villa Inn denied a refund of our rooms and we would just have to wait. We did not stay.
Huge waste of money for something that they did wrong. We will never ues Best Western again.
