I checked in on Sunday the 22nd and was scheduled to check out on Wednesday the 25th. For those three nights, I was charged $197.78. I decided to extend my stay by two more nights and check out on the 27th. However, I was then charged an additional $305.65, $105.65, and $100.00 — bringing my total to $709.75. If three nights were $197.78, it makes no sense that two additional nights would cost nearly $500. I have not received a clear explanation for these extra charges. I am currently contacting my bank to dispute the transactions. Unless this is resolved immediately with a proper explanation or refund, I will be escalating this further. I strongly recommend that anyone considering staying here carefully review their billing statements.

Water I ran for a bath for my daughter was filthy dirty. Breakfast is at least something I can look forward to, but that wasn't very good either. Also, hot tub was broken and not hot at all. All reasons I would have gone somewhere else and will be next time. If I had felt that the front desk was going to care enough, I would have said something to her about my experiences, but I didn't want to bother her on her phone.
