  The hotel service was fantastic. Everyone was very nice. I perform for the party. For April 27, this party was absolutely stunning. I performed it at Hall a couple times and I never seen that hall to look that beautiful the way that family did the catering department though charge them $130,000 for the room which is unheard of for a Holiday Inn in Portland, Oregon. They got a radar gun to check the sound how loud it is and said if it goes any louder they will shut down the party if somebody gives you $130,000 To make a party, you let them put their speakers as loud as they want, but these people are discriminating towards gypsies because this was a Gypsy party and they did everything they could to sabotage it instead of advertising it to show other people how beautiful they could make that Hall they decided to sabotage it. This is discriminating. This is racial bias.and unlawful that whole Catoring team should be fired for the way they treated these people. It was absolutely terrible what they did to them the hotel. Everything else was fantastic. Front desk, service room, service rooms, clean, beautiful, but that catering department they all need to be fired for what they did to these people

  One of the best waitresses hands down, on point with everything she was very friendly and courteous, her customer service was above and beyond expectation for my experience. This was one of my best waitress encounters. Also take care of everybody around us in a timely manner made sure everything was what it was supposed to be with quick service and a friendly smile thank you very much Wanda.

  Not bad at all, especially if you get a room with a river view like we did. Loved looking out over the water, even if the surrounding neighborhood isn’t exactly walkable or interesting. Driving across the bridge to the Vancouver waterfront is the best bet for nice restaurants. But hey the rooms are nice, comfortable, well laid out and not too big or small, and have plush bedding with a nice flatscreen TV to view. For our room, a balcony was a bonus; Fridge and microwave too. Bathroom was spacious and…adequate. Dated fixtures and weak shower but serviceable. Nice bar downstairs. Homeless folk are a common sight in the area.

  The bathtub faucet doesn't turn off. The air wont turn on,. When you call the front desk they simply say sorry nothing we can do because we dont have anyone to change it from heat to cold. Absolutely ridiculous! Paid too much money for a room with no purpose as i xant sleep if its hot. Do better you're a Hokifaybinn for goodness sake. We shouldnt only be able to change the temp if you have a maintenance person here.

  I was told when I called months ago that the pool would be open at this time, which is why I made the reservation. Extremely disappointed that it is closed. Also, front desk crew not that welcoming or helpful. Restory prices (extra fee even) without resort amenities or quality. Internet issues. They did give us complementary breakfast which is appreciated, though no GF options for my son. Had to spend over twenty minutes on the phone with text support to get my son's devices online... After saying something about the temperature, they sent someone up, we had to leave, been in the sun all day, my kid with asthma needed cool and shade, not nearly 80 degrees. Came back an hour later, it's 76 in here still. Was supposed to be part of our spring break..what a let down. It's also very loud in this hotel (the bridge).
