  IHG-member hotel less than 2 miles from the Portland Airport. Advance reservations always strongly encouraged; cash, credit/debit card payments accepted. Staff is friendly and check-in is easy with advance reservation. This hotel is clean, comfortable, and rather dated. However as of spring 2026 they are undergoing renovations and the facelift will certainly boost the aesthetic appeal of this otherwise very comfortable and quiet hotel. Blackout curtains, large TV, coffee & tea service in the room along with an iron and ironing board. As is typical in the US, there is no in-room safe. Room for hanging clothes and lots of drawers. Bed is comfortable with both firm and soft pillows and covers adequate in case it's particularly chilly. Bathroom is large, combination shower/tub, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Towels are a little thin but clean and effective. No amenity toiletries in the bathroom but likely available at reception desk. Yes, the decor is old and the carpet in particular is worse for wear. But it was quite clean and very comfortable - perfect if you need a quick place to stay near the airport. There is a parking fee which is charged through a separate company - look for the QR codes in the parking lot.

  Rooms are old and outdated, but the hotel is under renovation. So far still a good place to stay for people traveling for work, not sure if it's ideal for families or leisure travel. Staff have always been friendly and as accommodating as possible. It's close to the airport and has it's own restaurant which is a big plus. Sadly this hotel is doing what a lot of other hotels are doing in regards to parking. They are using a third party to manage parking so customers have to pay for parking through a website which to me is just a super annoying extra hassle to deal with. It's a less than honest way for them to advertise lower prices because they aren't factoring the mandatory parking prices in. At least this hotel has a bunch of signs up, but it's still just one more extra step to deal with after a long day. They could at least put the qr code on the table/desk in the rooms to make it easier for guests who carried stuff in to check in instead of them having to eitger set their stuff down or come back down after getting their stuff into their room. It's a minor inconvenience overall, but the reason i prefer ihg hotels over other brands is how simple and easy they are.

  The bed is so comfortable with firm and soft pillows on each bed. The temperature range was adjusted perfectly for the varying temperatures of the season. I am not a fan of Keurig type coffee makes the but delish coffee cups in the room. Very large TV if you like to watch while in the room with a mini fridge and microwave. The only downside was paying for parking in the hotel parking lot.

  Haven't stayed here, this is specifically for the parking and shuttle services. I usually park here for my flights but the shuttle services have been going downhill. When you call to get picked up, it's an automated system. Which was okay, but just recently I had to wait an hour to be picked up when the site says shuttle runs every 20 minutes. Again I was out in the cold got 1 whole hour before a shuttle came! I called multiple times and even talked to a person at the front since I didn't know what was going on. The system here needs to improve

  This gets a high rating not because it is a bouje hotel that is hip and modern - but because it served the purpose. Hotel is dated and used and worn - but my room was clean and the sheets soft and I had plenty of pillows. Staff was kind and helpful. I use this hotel frequently because of the Park-n-Ride and airport shuttle service. I leave my car for weeks at a time and find it safe and sound upon my return. The shuttle runs regularly and I have never had any issue with being picked up (usually with 15 minutes of calling). As stated, clean rooms and a clean bed - never any sign of bedbugs or other unwelcome insects. Good enough for who it is for - served its stated purpose well. Would recommend.
