Didnt get past the front desk. Unfortunatly, i had to Book last minute due to my own personal life.. Anyway, walked in, guy at the front desk talking to another coworker? Guest? Im not sure, but made me feel uncomfortable for walking in on their convo. The guy behind the counter did anyway. I told him I was there to check in with my toddler, and he didnt say much after. It came time to pay the $50 deposit (mind you everything else was paid for) and I didnt have a physical card so theres nothing they can do. I do understand that is my own fault, for assuming they could use my tap to pay, like most other hotels do, (yes I know it says they need a card, still didnt think much of it, again my own fault) the part that is most frustrating other than being out $200 with the hope of MAYBE getting partial payment back, in 7 to 21 days, MAYBE, and then having to scramble for the next 5 hours before i could figure out a plan b with my toddler, was the lack of empathy. Even saying im sorry, would have been ok. Instead of making me feel unwelcome fron the moment I walked in, to a "nothing i can do" at the end. Next time I throw money away, it will be somewhere that can at least fake wanting us there.

Nice, clean and close to many services if you don't mind air traffic noise. I personally like watching them take off and land

I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn Express locations before without issues, but this stay was disappointing.
Staff was inconsistent—some were friendly, others not. Jared at the front desk wouldn’t allow early check-in and seemed uninterested when I later raised concerns. Meanwhile, another staff member over the weekend was much more accommodating and allowed early check in for other people. Breakfast staff also weren’t very friendly up until maybe the 3rd day.
The biggest issue was noise in room 210. We heard constant stomping from above, even late at night. Despite contacting the front desk, it continued—especially our last night from 12–3 a.m., which made it hard to sleep before an early flight. Brought this up to Jared, and he just said sorry and handed me my receipt. Didn’t ask how the stay was, didn’t really have much else to say.
Overall, not the experience I expected since I usually love staying at these hotels.

I don’t normally leave a bad review, but I have no other choice. This experience left such a bad taste in my mouth for this Holiday Inn and the “Guest Relations Department” that I felt the need to warn others. We booked a reservation through booking.com and unfortunately missed our reservation for the first night. I spoke to booking.com who spoke to a manager on my behalf who said “no problem, we’ll adjust the stay and issue a refund”. Came home and there is 2 charges totaling $299 posted to my account for a single night stay. After going round and round with both parties, Holiday Inn refuses to do anything stating now that the manager “never said that” and there is nothing they can do. I just want future guests and anyone considering staying here to be advised that managerial staff has no problem lying and going back on their word.

We had some last minute changes to our flight that caused us to change some of our plans unexpectedly. I called and spoke with Jarrod (not sure if that’s spelled correctly) and then chatted with him in-person when we got to the hotel, he was SO kind and accommodating, he really went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful. He made what could have been a very stressful situation incredibly easy and stress-free. As platinum elite members, this means so much to us. Thank you!!
