  Been staying at this location a handful of times since August 2025 and sad to say things have gone from bad to worst. The service is inconsistent and was giving the staff time to get better due to it being a new hotel. After a year, the decline in attention to basics has led me to this review and decision to find another place to stay when in the area. Safe to say they pay attention to upselling and charges, still somewhat inconsistent. First, they’ve locked the AC units from going under a certain setting. Talk about saving nickel and dimes. Just charge me already for an extra degree cooler. My room had a funky smell from trash not being removed. Was told I’d been given a complementary upgrade for a room which is exactly the same but included a Peleton and that I wouldn’t be charged for the upgrade. Talk about a slap in the face. I had issues before with small requests like an extra pillow which never got delivered and such but for some reason this place can’t get it together. If you seriously just want a place to get to and be able to relax, stay far away from this place. I don’t ask for compensation, but something to apologize is always offered at IHG hotels and just helps soften the blow for minor issues. Not this hotel. Reading from the other reviews, it sounds like the General Manager is a real penny pincher.

  We have stayed 3-4 times here with a pet during our road trips. This April (‘26), when we were at the hotel they said the pet fee has been raised from $35 to $65(we have a small dog). They do not advise the fee anywhere and so it is impossible to know before hand or while booking. We asked to talk to the manager, got the run of the mill answers, they texted them etc., nothing happened. We talked to multiple ppl at reception, same answer. They do not even send you a bill with details. Bad business practice not mentioning the pet fee anywhere and doubling it when they feel like it. We will not be returning because of this. The rooms are nice as the hotel is new, a bit out of the way, but, not too bad in general.

  There was a small refrigerator in the room but no microwave and the water really only got to a high warm temperature, never even a bit hot.

  Perfect location, nice rooms, immaculate housekeeping and nice little bar/cafe. All at a great price. Highly recommend this place. 👍

  Went check in and wanted to switch my room that had a king to 2 queens. The girl at the front desk said she could not cause I booked through a 3rd party and then said she had no queens available. While I was standing there I went on the website and it showed they have queens available. Called her manager and she also gave me some song and dance. Then she went in her office and then came back in 20 minutes and said for an extra 80 dollars she can do it. Now this hotel seemed not very full and it was crazy for all this hassle. Both ladies looked like they could care less. Will never stay here again. They lost my business. I called the people that ran this brand and they said they would look into what happened and call me back. Never got a call back. No customer service.
