We asked and they informed us we have to wait until 1030-11am on check out day to see if its possible. So I supposed to wait until we are supposed to check out to find out if we can check out early? I get maybe 24hrs prior, but 30 mins prior!? During check in they only had one person working front desk took us 20-30mins to just get tonthebdesk to check in. This was due to some lady holding up the line asking questions that they could not assist with. Great location and beautiful lobby.
