    On January 10, 2026, we discovered a bug in our bed (later confirmed to be a bed bug by a staff member). We immediately notifed the front desk, packed up and left. Due to the weekend, manager was not available, but was told they would call us as soon as possible. The front desk member, Yaneth, was super nice and helpful as best as possible. As of January 29th, we still have not heard back from the manager or Holiday Inn Express corporation. So frustrating and disappointing that we have not heard from the manager or corporate. Please stay away from this place unless you want to go through the extensive cleaning of clothes and luggage that we now have done (not counting the bites that my wife and I now have on our bodies).

    Quiet neighborhood, excellent proximity to shopping and dining, friendly staff and amazing breakfast! Only bummer was a broken hot tub and the pool was too cold.

    Requested a free cancellation with Booking.com app. Have been waiting 2 days, no response. Called to the property, no managers in place, and they don’t know when manager will be back, so nobody can approve the request. Very “nice” service…

    Love customer service at Holiday inn Express Mrs Alma at kitchen was so helpful and friendly at breakfast time with all my family thanks you so much God bless you and you family

    We arrived at 4:45 PM for a 4:00 PM check-in and were told no clean rooms were available due to housekeeping shortages. We were given vague timelines and minimal communication while multiple guests waited in the lobby. After being told our room would be ready by 6:30 PM, we returned to find more guests waiting and no staff available to assist. By 7:30 PM, with no updates and no one at the front desk, we canceled our reservation and stayed elsewhere. Staffing issues happen, but clearer communication and professionalism were lacking.
