I love the beds here! I love this hotel. They have the best, most soft pillows in the industry. I challenge you to find more comfortable pillows anywhere else! I wish I could afford to stay here every single night. Im giving it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the staff being pretty unfriendly, not very helpful, acting annoyed when I had a question, not knowing the area around them and not willing to help a lady with her bags. I stayed here 7 years ago and the difference is striking! The staff was so attentive, I had a personal concierge... Those days are long gone apparently. I miss the days of attentive customer service. I do love the rooms here and will stay here any chance I get. Just don't expect much from the staff.

To start off, I would stay here again. Everyone at the front desk was kind and helpful, especially Victoria. Cons: I was honestly really upset though when I sat on the bed (Room 1409) and it was uncomfortable, lumpy and squeaky. I had a wedding to attend the next day and yet I only got 4 hours of sleep and an achey back :( when I called in the morning, Victoria kindly got me booked into Room 924. The bed was only moderately better. I don’t think it’s particularly cool to advertise an indoor swimming pool on the website when in reality—you receive access to go swim at the Duniway down the street. Anyone who has walked in wet bathing suits and flip flops knows that is not going to happen. Pros: The room was clean. It was nice to see clean sheets with no stains, as well as a clean bathroom. The view (for both rooms) was pretty and made me happy. It was really a treat to get to look outside and see gorgeous yellow maple trees covered in crows. It’s really not in a bad part of town. Some of the reviews I’ve read must be from people who haven’t experience truly rough parts of town. I was expecting similar to the Tenderloin, and instead I felt a lot safer than I do back home. It’s kinda crazy that a cup of coffee costs $5.50 down at the restaurant—but the crab grilled cheese made up for it! A plus+!!

Everything was amazing. I love to give positive reviews but also realistic reviews. Every single person at customer service and over the phone has been so polite and it's so so refreshing. People who enjoy their work. Victoria, Taeg, the room attendant. The staff. Awesome! The room was comfy. I loved the pillows. The views were really nice! If you can get a top floor. It's worth every penny. Waking up to beautiful views. You even have an alarm Clark of the crows that make it weirdly majestic and I love it! Everytime you walk into the hotel. You feel a little special! Now of course there's a few that was interesting. The door running out of battery and kept beeping my whole time I was here. The safe kept telling me low battery. There was a situation. I was waiting for a ride at a side entrance and I had this security just float over me as if It was suspicious. I was dressed nice and in professional attire. I understand though. It's always better to be safer than sorry. I wish he would have came over and let me know. I can sit in the hall. I wouldn't mind. But I get it. Understandable. Safety first! Thank you Hilton for making this experience pleasent!

This has been, without question, the worst Hilton property I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment I checked in, the customer service was terrible — the front desk staff are rude, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to guests. The most unacceptable part is that maintenance staff enter rooms without permission, something that should never happen at a hotel of this level. The experience was so unpleasant that it doesn’t even feel like a Hilton. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances.

We didn't get in until super late due to our flight being delayed and then diverted and to be honest I was a little nervous. When we got there after finally figuring out what door to go into we were met by Azriel at the front desk and all of my nerves were calmed! Our check in was very smooth and Azriel exceeded my expectations with the customer service. After checking in we decided that we wanted to valet our vehicle, but unfortunately because we decided to get a truck we were told it could not fit in their parking garage, which was fine because we were pretty much going to be keeping it parked just overnight and then gone all throughout the day. By the time we got settled in our room, we decided that we were starving, hungry and wanted to find something to eat. Azriel gave us some recommendations on some good Thai food and other places to have food delivered. Any questions we had Azriel answered them with a smile on their face. The location was fantastic and even though the room was kind of on the small side, we enjoyed it tremendously. If we are ever in the Portland area again, I have no doubt that we will choose this hotel as a place to stay. Thank you so much to the entire team for making us Texas folks feel so welcomed.
