I liked a lot of features about this hotel. It was a little bit more spendier than normal. But that was for my own convenience. The staff was super nice and respectable. The food was a little cold by the time I got to it. My daughter really enjoyed the splash pad area for being a non-swimmer. Overall I'd stay at this place again

We have stayed here several times and have enjoyed each visit. Great rooms, lobby, and amenities. The location is safe and walkable to a variety of restaurants, bars and cafe’s. Also, a few blocks to Powell’s bookstore and lots of shopping. We will be back!

It was a nice area in Portland. The hotel had safety measures so that people that were not staying at the hotel could not get to the rooms. I appreciated that. The valet was very convenient and super friendly. Everyone that worked there was great. I will definitely stay there again when I come back.

Kourtney and Matia? Were both so incredibly kind, Kourtney checked us in and got us situated— in addition to checking up on us throughout our stay to make sure we were good. Matia was extremely kind to our son and helpful when it came to showing him how to turn on the kiddy pool water features. Apologies if we got his name wrong.
The pool was perfect for tiny humans and was relatively clean. Always stocked with towels. The gym was nice as well, stocked with the basics to get what is needed done for the day.
All the staff were constantly welcoming anytime we were going in and out of the hotel. Shirley was a gem during breakfast and was incredibly hard working. The place was cleaned, stocked and well kept despite how busy they were this weekend during breakfast. We appreciated the milk alternatives in the mini fridge.
The team at the hotel also had a signed a birthday card, a bag of goodies & a balloon in our room for our son. We were down for the weekend to celebrate his tenth birthday. That made him feel special and put a big smile on his face— thank you for that.
We’d definitely stay here again, it’s a pretty central location to everything downtown. Valet parking is a bit pricy but if you don’t mind a short walk from the Brewery Blocks, you can get overnight parking with in and out privileges at a fraction of the price off the Spot Hero app.
