Love this place. Aside from my car window getting broken in the middle of the night, this hotel is so great for my family. We love the pool and the rooms are so nice. Great staff too!

Really nice hotel, in the heart of town. It's definitely a step up from most Hamptons. The only thing to watch out for is the hefty valet price ($48 per day) in addition to the room rate. But added together, probably no worse than other downtown hotels.

Perfect place if you have kids!! As a PDX local, this is our staycation choice 🥰 Only thing that could improve our visit is the addition of a hot tub ! But with the amazing kids pool, hot breakfast, comfy, clean beds, and lots of food, park, and entertainment options in walking distance, this is a great option for families with little kids 😁

All in all we really enjoyed this hotel! Was in the area for our kids sport meet (and came up a extra day for the Zoo) and the location was ideal and right in the center of the two... we mainly picked it for location AND the pool it had! The pool did not disappoint for the kids, highly recommend (and love that they had longer pool hours, made all the difference!)... do wish they had a hot tub but can't always have everything. Room was nice, good beds and clean... shower and pressure was very good but the bathroom sink didn't drain well (saw others post this also) and sink pressure was super low but for the most part got the job done. The free breakfast was surprisingly good and decent amount of options and they even switched it up a bit each morning which was great.... staff was friendly but id say the evening staff seemed a bit more WARM and happier to help and offer recommendations (which was very nice)... location makes driving and parking a bit of a pain (typical Portland) and as others had posted i do wish they were a bit more transparent about there Valet parking (the webpage makes it sound like there's other hotel parking options and Valet is just a "upgrade option" but in reality its VALET or hope for a random bad street parking spot or nothin)... I was actually fine spending the money for the convenience and vehicle safety and there cost wasn't as high as other local hotels but they really should POST that all for people who are trying to plan and budget.... anyway we absolutely plan to stay here again and recommend you do the same, did a LOT of research for options in the area since we plan to be up there often for more sports meets and this one definitely beat out most others in the area for cost, quality and location.
