Our business center makes it easy to stay up to date with your e-mail as well as business issues. - KKKevin KodatDec 15, 20251.0Booked this room about month in advanced. Original room on 3rd floor, NOT anticipating or being informed about the elevator being INOP for WEEKS! We showed up, and were told we have to use the stairs. As a 100% disabled OEF/AFRICOM combat veteran, stairs are challenging due to injuries sustained from deployments. Couldn’t even get a room on the first floor as she was on the phone with a “manager?” It’s not her fault, but the management of this property simply has no idea how to conduct business operations. So, if you book a room here, which we never will again since we travel so much for kids sports, make sure you call in advance to make sure ADA services are available. Rooms were fairly clean, until we pulled out the couch bed and noticed they don’t clean under the couch. And yes we are GOLD tier members, but next time; the Marriott will be the new place to stay as it’s two minutes up the road behind 7-11.
