We stay here when we go to events at the Moda Center. It’s a short Uber ride to the events. The rooms are extremely spacious. The restaurant is clean and offers a variety of delicious food. The bar area is comfortable and the staff is amazing. This is one of our favorite hotels in Portland. Affordable, clean, well appointed and great location!

At check-in this gentleman checked me in his name was Terrence. I believe he didn't greet me properly. No smile, no nothing. Just a straight face. It was not welcoming. Then I got to the room and the the Hilton is known for their great customer services and their rooms and their decor. Got to the room. The chair had stains all on it in the room. My sheets had holes and stains on them and the dry towels had rips and holes in them. For the price you guys quote it should be top notch

⭐ 1 Star Review
I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton – Portland from 9/26–10/3/25 for the NAMSS Conference and was very disappointed. Housekeeping only came once during my entire stay. When I asked at 1 p.m. for my floor to be vacuumed, the front desk associate was rude and condescending, saying it could only be done before 10 a.m. the next day. When I asked for his name, he refused and hung up on me when I requested a manager. My 8th-floor room was outdated with a poor view, and an emergency alarm went off with no follow-up announcement that it was false. Outside felt unsafe with homeless individuals using drugs and urinating near the entrance. For the price I paid, this experience was unacceptable. I will not stay here again.
