The front desk said they would notify management to get a refund, however, a refund never happened and Hotel would not reach back out after multiple attempts to resolve with them directly.

Rats on the ground letting people with dogs shit inside the rooms so bad the the nextdoor room smells and the hallways. I had to sleep with long sleeves and sweats and my mask to cover the smell and the feeling of the nasty bed sheets !
