  Rooms are fairly clean, they definitely don't smell, I only one negative encounter with the evening shift personnel. I Door dashed some food over and wanted to eat in the dining area they have in the lobby so I turned on the lights when a house keeper says annoyed " ugh who turned on the lights" then proceeded to TELL me to turn the lights off afterward. I didn't realize they expect their paying visitors to eat in the dark. Would have been 4 stars if it wasn't in such a bad area. However it's super close to the Airport and they provide shuttle services. Anyway 3 stars is it.

  How was my stay?..... short answer: STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! Long answer: I checked into the hotel at 3AM after driving all night, completely exhausted. Before I even fell asleep, I had to call the front desk because someone kept slamming the exterior door right beside my room. They claimed they didn’t know who it was and couldn’t lock the door, so I just tried to sleep through it. At 9AM, I was jolted awake by management pounding violently on my door. Not knocking—pounding. When I told them I needed another night and to just charge my card again, the manager actually blocked the door from closing and shoved it back open. He then accused us of being the ones causing all the noise all night—when we had literally been asleep the entire time and I had even called to complain about it. He insisted the “camera footage” showed nonstop traffic from our room, which was a straight-up lie, and then threatened to call the police if we didn’t get out immediately. At that point, we packed up and left because the situation was turning hostile. And after all of that, they kept my deposit and even tried to hit me with an extra $100 in bogus “incidentals.” I have never been treated with such disrespect and blatant dishonesty by a hotel in my life.

  Rooms and facility is quite clean. Quick location to airport, and affordable. Pool and hot tub are quite decent as well. The only downside to location, is the rather sketchy foot traffic. The bright lighting on the outside of the building helps with defmterring vehicle theft, but watch your back while outside alone.

  Very kind staff, even on Christmas Day. Great breakfast. Quiet rooms. We'll stocked amenities in the room like coffee and shower gels. Will stay again. 9 minutes from Airport.
