- TCTyler Ciarlo5 days ago1.0How was my stay?..... short answer: STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! Long answer: I checked into the hotel at 3AM after driving all night, completely exhausted. Before I even fell asleep, I had to call the front desk because someone kept slamming the exterior door right beside my room. They claimed they didn’t know who it was and couldn’t lock the door, so I just tried to sleep through it. At 9AM, I was jolted awake by management pounding violently on my door. Not knocking—pounding. When I told them I needed another night and to just charge my card again, the manager actually blocked the door from closing and shoved it back open. He then accused us of being the ones causing all the noise all night—when we had literally been asleep the entire time and I had even called to complain about it. He insisted the “camera footage” showed nonstop traffic from our room, which was a straight-up lie, and then threatened to call the police if we didn’t get out immediately. At that point, we packed up and left because the situation was turning hostile. And after all of that, they kept my deposit and even tried to hit me with an extra $100 in bogus “incidentals.” I have never been treated with such disrespect and blatant dishonesty by a hotel in my life.

The only downside to location, is the rather sketchy foot traffic. The bright lighting on the outside of the building helps with defmterring vehicle theft, but watch your back while outside alone.

- CLCindy LarotDec 10, 20253.0Booked directly through Best western, upon arrival They changed rooms on us, (pet room) which reaked of piss and wet barn animals, and of course, it’s not facing the street nor the courtyard (as reserved) it’s facing a RV park!!! And a group of homeless:( we decided to park in the front office area and walk all the way around due to the shady going on’s ! Not a safe place !!! Bring bedding and febreeze !🤮

On the downside, the location is not ideal, with many homeless people nearby, and the close proximity to the rail line makes it noisy at times.
