  We enjoyed our stay very much. Good complimentary breakfast, nice clean rooms, most of all the staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating when we asked for extra supplies and went above and beyond to shuttle us for free to the airport then come back an hour later to get me after I said my good byes! 👍

  We stayed one night. The room was spacious and clean. The lobby had a nice luxurious feel to it. The staff and service was excellent. Kanje at the reception was very courteous l, friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast.

  I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. HANDS DOWN MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE TO GO TO EVERY TIME I'LL BE HEADING TO PORTLAND OR!! SERVICES 100% FOOD 100% ROOM COMFORT 100%, the inside is absolutely stunning. Front desk customer services are super friendly and kind and so helpful. I truly appreciate AMY and JAY for everything (sorry for the stress Amy jk). For helping us get settle and checking in. We're truly grateful for all your services. If anyone is looking for some where to stay with a group or family, or even by yourself, this place is a MUST, you'll love it.

  We reserved and paid for a jacuzzi room and told them we had pets. When we get there they give us a key to a nasty room in the basement that was very small and stank like cigarettes and no jacuzzi. We went back to the office they said we can't have a jacuzzi room with pets. But two weeks before they rented us a jacuzzi room with our dog. We refused to stay now we have to wait a week to get our money back. We will never go back..

  Worst experience ever! Update: They kept my "incidentals" charge with no receipt and no explanation. This place is somewhere you should avoid. I've spent 40 years in hospitality and have 1000s of room nights under my belt and this was THE WORST experience. I've never suffered the indignity of being asked to leave a property. Save yourself from ever experiencimg that by booking elsewhere. Response to Pony Soldier: I have 3 emails showing payment made and no payment due upon arrival. The fact that YOUR staff didn't process the original payment isn't Affirm's fault. At least own responsibility for your failures. This completely shows your lack of customer service ability. I didn't even get 6 uninterrupted hours of rest for whatever you decide to charge me. Trust me people, you're better off anywhere else. 40 years in hospitality with a degree to match the experience here. Original review: I made a "Pay now and save" reservation. I selected "pay with affirm" at checkout. I see everything up. I hate MULTIPLE receipts showing "amount due on arrival" as 0.00. I sure up and they are trying to authorize my card for the entire stay plus the $100 incidental. They let me go to the room with just the agreed upon $100 hold. I get a call at 630 demanding that I come pay or leave. I still have multiple receipts showing I paid. Best Western dropped the ball and ruined my trip. There are way better places to stay. I'll never stay again. PS this is also what the carpet looked like under a lampI moved to open the drapes. The toe nails/finger nails are also a nice touch. Nasty!
