The only reason I put 4 stars is that the fitness center has a ton of boxes stacked from floor to ceiling and felt more like a storage room. The treadmill was not functioning properly and the only other machines in the room were an elliptical and a bike. As long as you are not planning a workout, this hotel is perfect.

Staff is great there which does not seem to be the case as some of the others.

She makes this place everything it is: clean, comfortable, warm, and welcoming. Staff that goes above and beyond every time you visit and genuinely caring about their guests while striving to make it feel like a home away from home. Breakfast is always on point, cookies in the evenings. As long as Crystal is the manager, we will continue to refer EVERONE we know business and personal here...yes even over Hampton (gag), Oxford, and Radisson. ❤️ A very happy loyal guest of 5ish years
