Couldn't use the pool, the television was all messed up, the bed was too hard and the toilet ran all night. It wasn't good.

Justin was the best breakfast manager i have ever seen in a hotel. Everything was perfectly stocked and fresh and the whole dining room was immaculately clean.

Slightly noisy (hotel is right next to the interstate freeway, and the heater/AC unit turns on and off with no way to keep it constantly on), but everything else about my stay was great. Room was clean, the hot breakfast every morning was legit (eggs, potatoes, waffles, etc), and they had a working EV chargers in the back for the Cybertruck. The best thing about the stay was honestly the staff. Everyone was so professional and friendly, it had the class and vibe of a business-class hotel.

Upon arrival we discovered that the heat did not work in our room. It was a stormy night and the interstate was closed due to a snow storm. We let the front desk know and she said she would contact maintenance. Hours went by during which time we discovered that the window did not close properly and water was leaking into the room through it. This had obviously been an ongoing issue due to mold buildup around the window. I went down to the front desk again and asked if they had any vacancies. She said yes. I asked if we could be moved to another room because of health safety issues. She let me know that the general manager had instructed her to keep vacancies open and not move any of the FOUR customers who were experiencing maintenance issues to another room. This was an obvious sign of greed by the management over doing the right thing. We were given a space heater, but that did not have much impact and the drafts coming through the broken window was blowing the window shades around all night. In the morning we discovered that the tub drain was plugged and there was standing water. I complained again to the front desk and all they said is that they were sorry - no offer to credit any portion of the ridiculous $275 room cost - obvious price gouging due to interstate being closed. The beds are old, hard and uncomfortable and the first floor lobby space of the hotel has a strong mold smell. No follow up from management. Do yourself a favor and avoid this poor excuse for a hotel.
