They let someone else with the same last name, not even under our reservation or booking, check in for us and they gave them our room keys. When we got our room keys they gave us a MASTER key?! We could get into any room including staff rooms. On the last night we walked into the lobby with a 5 year old and a 3 year old who were running to the elevator. They were being normal kids. The girl working the front desk on 11/10 at 5:30pm, older, long black hair, poofy bangs, comes running around the corner in a panic, yelling “excuse me! Excuse me! Stop running! Stop running!” Yelling at my kids to stop running. I’ve never experienced service from a hotel staff who yells at kids for being kids. We were in the building for literally 30 seconds just walking to the elevator and she freaked out. On top of this- our room would not lock from the outside. We locked it with the deadbolt from the inside, but our door lock wouldn’t latch so whenever we left our room it was actually unlocked.

The free breakfast was good the WiFi worked great. Check in was quick and easy. It’s smaller than the ones we’ve been to but I enjoyed that quality, felt homey. I’d suggest to travelers of any kind. Our dog loved it too!
