She did not mention any cancellation fee if we didn’t. Only did this because she said they sold out last night and said it was just to reserve and not charge and never said if we didn’t not come back we’d be charged. We decided not too to go and she charged us anyway. I’ll be fighting this and will never recommend best western again.

No light in the back to even see i was scared to be honest. The rooms are old and worn down i wld not recommended especially if you have kids.

They put us in a room that was getting drywall repairs,the AC unit was not working correctly it was making loud noise, the room was dusty and the smell of the deodorizer was overwhelming, toilet bolts exposed no caps on them. At check out we got over charged fortunately we had our online receipt with us to get reimbursed. Probably won't be back there anytime soon.

I enjoyed my stay for the most part. The girl who checked me in seemed a bit intoxicated, she spoke very quietly and seemed to be slurring her words. The breakfast lady however was amazing. I was told her name is Alice. All in all I would stop again.
