  Lady that answered the phone at the front desk was very rude and hung up on me .She was trying to talk to me while coughing her head off ,I told her I didn’t understand anything she said and said ok and hung up .

  Always a pleasure Georgiana and Aveoanna both were awesome. Georgiana, greeted me by remembering my name which was very nice , Aveoanna was very kind and made cookies which we and others checking in enjoyed. 2 great employees

  Having stayed at several best westerns on the current trip I find this to be the best one so far. Nice and quiet, rooms as expected and just right. The breakfast was amazing. This is the first time that I’ve had omelette that was delicious the breakfast potatoes were great and there are lots of options. Clearly this is the best Western cares

  The location makes this a very quiet hotel. On a hill top but not in an industrial area keeps any noise to a minimum and an easy on and off of interstate. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and had excellent heat source. The breakfast was a stanard for hotels this size and was more than adequate with a variety of items to satisfy any appetite.

  OK! Please tell me this is a fluke! Do to the Blues mountain I84 eastbound being closed due to weather. I had to get a room early in the morning. This hotel had available rooms with such short notice. I have no complaints about much, even the breakfast bar was very good, for a hotel. Now comes my rub. I'm on a schedule and need to shower and leave as soon as I can. BUT! No water, yep I said no water was coming out of any faucet, toilet, shower. So, I called the front desk and ask them if they know why my water is off? She states to me, "oh they are doing some maintenance on the water heater so it will be off for about an hour." WHAT? you people are telling me I can't even have cold water? No toilet? What?Who does that? If you know anything about water to a house or even a hotel, especially a hotel. You know they have a bypass to give you at the very least cold water. Most hotels this size have backup water heaters, just incase one goes down. But not this one! Whom ever owns and operates this hotel needs to fix this problem so this never happens to your customers. This is why the rating is so low. Come on Best Western Pendleton, you can and should do better. At the very least post a visible notice to include in the rooms, that the water will be off during a certain period. Shameful!!!
