Rooms are clean and comfortable, with plenty easily-accessible outlets/USB ports, good lighting/heating & cooling, nice sized fridge, plenty of washcloths/towlels, and all essential amenities. Nicely done.

- JMJo MarieOct 29, 20254.0So the room was nice. There was a kitchen area and dining area included in the room. Shampoo and conditioner bottles in shower. The only part that upset me was the bed sheet had some strangers dried booger on it. So I'd say housekeeping needs some work and needs to be checked for actually changing the bedding or just reusing previous used bedding for new guests. If you stay more that one night you get a discount breakfast voucher.

Got up to leave, went to elevator and it never came. I finally went to the other elevator which wasn't convenient carrying luggage. Would I stay again... Yes.
- DCDenise CyrOct 25, 20251.0Talk about bare bones! And, when they say riverview, they mean if you overlook the two lane road, trees, wires and everything else between your room and the river. Loud wall mounted unit for a/c and heat smells musty and the noise prevents sleep. Woman at the desk wasn't very friendly. She snapped at me twice when I tried asking a question. Here on business, looking for other accommodations tomorrow. You get a voucher for breakfast that covers the cost of coffee and a tip. But, it doesn't come close to covering the cost of breakfast. One of the worst BW properties I've ever stayed at. The rooms are cheap looking with a wobbly legged fridge and microwave with a door that popped open before it turned off.
