    I had a great experience with the front desk guy a couple days ago. I was having a terrible day , but he went above and beyond and made me feel so welcome. The beds were super comfortable too. And the river front view!

    I've stayed at much more expensive hotels that are not as well equipped as the Best Western Plus Rivershore. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with plenty easily-accessible outlets/USB ports, good lighting/heating & cooling, nice sized fridge, plenty of washcloths/towlels, and all essential amenities. Nicely done.

    Excellent and smooth check in service with clean rooms. I have stayed there twice and have had a great experience each time. Restaurant and bar on property that offer outdoor seating with a river view. Will stay there again for sure.

    So the room was nice. There was a kitchen area and dining area included in the room. Shampoo and conditioner bottles in shower. The only part that upset me was the bed sheet had some strangers dried booger on it. So I'd say housekeeping needs some work and needs to be checked for actually changing the bedding or just reusing previous used bedding for new guests. If you stay more that one night you get a discount breakfast voucher.

    Stayed in room 339, it was nice and clean but the shower head sucked! Used the hot tub which was awesome but quite a walk from my room. Got up to leave, went to elevator and it never came. I finally went to the other elevator which wasn't convenient carrying luggage. Would I stay again... Yes.
