We were treated with kindness, interest in our family and true friendship during our many stays over the past few years. Minerva is also an angel who runs the breakfast area. She keeps the food area clean and tidy and the breakfast is hot and fresh. Nice work my friends, have a wonderful day as you have always made mine even better!

- DKDarius KasinskasOct 23, 20254.0Needs improvement The water pressure in 411 is extraordinarily high. The water diverter can't handle it and sprays water when shower is on. High pressure causes shower not to drain, which accumulates soapy water that can lead to slips/falls and people with law degrees getting some of the money that the hotel has tried hard to earn. HVAC unit sounds like it is being run by a herd of crickets. Really. I slept great despite the loud noise because of earplugs. Bed & pillows comfortable. Bathroom clean. Room tidy. Housekeeping over-enthusiastic with its remarkably loud and persistent door banging at 9:03. Give this place your business.
