  The gals that work here are fabulous! Dai was amazing she went over and above and was beyond helpful. Chelsea was extremely sweet and helpful as well. You will be taken care of here they made my check in and extending my stay super easy! I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you ladies!!

  Rooms were very clean and had all of the necessities in a hotel room. Service was top notch with Dai taking care of everything needed and any complaints.

  Very nice hotel and a very nice place to stay. The workers were very nice, especially Dai. She was very nice and a very good person that NEEDS to get a raise because she is very good at what she does.

  The room was located directly across from the kitchen, and unfortunately every morning the kitchen door is propped open while staff talk and prepare breakfast. Beginning around 6:00 a.m., you can clearly hear pans banging, washed and conversations echoing down the hallway. I’m not sure why the kitchen needs vents (propped open with a can) directly into the hallway where guest rooms are located, but it makes it very difficult to sleep during the hours when they are preparing the “complimentary breakfast.” Another recurring issue was the room keys needing to be re-coded daily. When this happens you have to go to the front desk to get them fixed. If guests are checking in, you’ll wait while those check-ins are completed, which can take quite a while. It also felt like staff were irritated when guests needed assistance just to access their rooms. I also tried to purchase something from the small store in the lobby. It took nearly 10 minutes for the system to ring it up and process the transaction, which seemed frustrating for the staff as well. Lastly, not entirely the hotel’s fault, but the room had kids next door and heavy footsteps from the room above, so the overall noise level was not great. Overall, between the hallway noise from the kitchen, key card issues, and thin walls, the stay was not as comfortable as I had hoped

  Absolutely the best place to stay in Newberg. The Staff is absolutely incredible and so welcoming that you might not want to leave. The place is very clean and the rooms are very large and so modern. The also serve a great breakfast every morning and the selection of foods is quite large. The fitness center is also awesome. Great machines and again very clean. So when picking a hotel this is hands down the best option that you should choose!
