  Newer property in a great location in the middle of a good section of town. There's a Walmart across the street, lot's of restaurants, and shopping. Close to the Interstate and easy to find. Sadly, the only convenient parking spots are either handicapped or for their "elite" customers. The "other" parking is at the ends of the building and at the end closest to the street entrance, there's a line of ridiculously planted bushes that separate the parking lot from the building. There's no convenient way to get from the parking lot into the building without crossing a planter with these bushes that are planted so close together, you have to squeeze between them after crossing the planter. Seriously, Holiday Inn property owner, make a decent path from the parking lot to the building without having to walk through a planter box with inconveniently placed bushes. What were you thinking?

  The facility smelt new, the rooms were clean, and the service was pleasant. Nothing much more to ask for in a one-night stay in Medford.

  Won’t stay here again. Some things are fine. The breakfast was decent and it’s nice that there is a pool, fitness center, and laundry room. The rooms are cheaply made but that’s not a big deal. My real issue was with the house keeping. I am disgusted by the level of neglect and disrespect the house keepers showed. First three nights (of our four night stay) house keeping did not come at all. We were out of toilet paper and towels, and our trash was overflowing. We called on the fourth day to ensure that they would come and they did. However, there were fingernail clippings on our toilet seat (no one clipped their fingernails?), the towels that were folded and hanging were clearly dirty, there was a beer cap (neither of us drink), and 3 out of four pillows had no pillow case. I had gone to the front desk one night to ask for towels since we had none and the girl working the front said there were no clean towels (not even pool towels). So that night we could not wash our face let alone shower. Additionally, the bathroom floor has visible dirt shoe prints, and there was hair all over the sink. I can’t even fathom how they looked at this and thought this was okay. So so gross. Will not be back.

  Clean and comfortable Holiday Inn Express. Helpful Staff. Decent lighting and outlet placement. Usual breakfast.
