Feels like a second home. Staff are incredible. Connie, Tammy, Evelyn, Owen and Connor took care of us like family. To be fair, there were others. But I’m kinda bad with names, so I’d rather not try and guess. If you’re traveling through the southern Oregon area, consider the Homewood Suites in Medford. Of all the places we stayed along the way, they had the most outstanding breakfast service. And the housekeeping team was very friendly. Two thumbs way up!

I think they put the handicapped room in the worst place. It was room 132 which is located by a side door. Lots of traffic all night with loud noise. There is no other room by you but that outside entrance is terrible.

I occasionally stay at Hilton Group hotels, but this particular property feels in need of renovation.
The bathroom, especially, could use improvement — the floor and plumbing areas showed visible mold and stains, which made it feel quite unclean. The electric rang in the kitchen was also scratched and dirty, which was disappointing.
The lighting in the room could be better balanced as well. The main room lighting was almost too bright and uncomfortable for the eyes, while the bathroom was surprisingly dim. Adjusting the lighting would greatly improve the overall experience.
Considering the Hilton name, my expectations were higher. I hope to see improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and staff attention to detail in the future. With better upkeep and updates, this hotel could offer a much more comfortable stay.

Edit 2:
Correction: The $10 / night was a temporary hold, not a fee. The employee at the desk who checked us in did not tell us that. He wanted a card “to charge” $10 / night, is what he said.
Still, we had to request room service 2x before it was performed the next day after the 2nd request (as noted on the signage, house keeping is next day). Both times we mentioned we needed shampoo and conditioner. Unfortunately we did not get those replaced/refilled, and the only way to have it done is request house keeping. We did not have another two days left.
Edit:
Every single morning I’ve been woken up by a ton of banging, stomping, slamming, dragging furniture. You’d think a battle was taking place!
Also more than once our key cards just randomly stopped working and we’ve had to get new ones.
The internet also kicks us off and it can be a hassle to get it to work again.
This has been an awful stay and this hotel is off my list. Never making the mistake of staying here again.
Original:
Really nice room, but they will nickel and dime you. $10 a day for incidentals when most hotels would just keep the card on file without charging it (unless you break something, or something).
The internet is awful unless you pay $5 a day for the full speed. Which, btw, don’t select free and change your mind! Because now we’re stuck with it. It won’t ask us again, even if we forget the network and rejoin. The desk says they cannot help.
Breakfast is okay at best, and the coffee is awful. Tastes like Dollar Store coffee.
I definitely far prefer the Holiday Inn Express. That’s a much better stay

We had a great experience. Friendly greeting and a big comfortable room. My only knock would be the odd placement of the TV. It was central to the room but didn't swivel enough so no matter where you parked, you were watching TV sideways.
Highly recommend Abby's pizza for delivery!
