- BBBho6 days ago5.0This is always our go to stop when doing our big drive down to Orange County. The room is always huge, clean and we're able to bring our small pup. We're amazed every year at how big it is and how tall the ceiling is. The staff has always been friendly and helpful in suggesting good restaurants nearby. And it's just off the highway. We will be back next year for our 5th trip down south.

Basically handed me the key, didn't point out the room number, wifi access, no info about morning breakfast. Didn't even tell me the direction of the elevator... basic stuff. Room- Appreciated the bed, quality of sheets and pillows. Loved having a stand alone wardrobe, desk and couch. Plenty of outlets including USB ports. Room was super clean and quite large. Black out drapes appreciated. HVAC was great. Bathroom was a disappointment. Water stains on shower door, very little water pressure, took twice as long to rinse off and towels were one grade up from a Motel 6. Plenty of other quality hotels in the nearby area I will stay in next time.
