Welcome to Hilton Garden Inn Medford, a new hotel in the suburbs of Medford, about two miles from the city center and five miles from Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport. Here, you’ll have access to great food and drinks at our full-service restaurant and bar, the complimentary airport shuttle and ample meeting space for up to 260 people. The hotel’s location, directly off I-5, makes getting around easier to places such as Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, Medical Eye Center, Centennial Golf Course and the US Cellular complex.

I asked if I could do a later than normal checkout because I wanted to hike Crater Lake and then come back and shower. Lizzy helped me out and offered a 2:30pm checkout which made it possible to spend about 4 hours in the park. After checking out, I still had about 6 hours until my flight and I needed to do a bit of work, so they let me post up on the restaurant due a few hours. Great customer service, pretty standard Hilton Garden Inn rooms, and a good enough location to Lyft to downtown for $10.

Wendy Baker provided exceptional support by managing the setup, checking in throughout the day, and making sure every detail was taken care of. Her attention and professionalism helped the entire event run smoothly. The meeting space was comfortable, well-prepared, and perfect for accommodating a large group. The taco bar was excellent and received so many compliments from attendees. Overall, the service, hospitality, and atmosphere exceeded expectations. The Hilton Garden Inn and Wendy Baker are highly recommended for any meeting or event.

The carpet, furniture, and rooms seem worn and tired. I thought the shower was dirty but it’s a permanent stain.This place needs a serious update.
