The shower got all the towels wet and the toilet paper! Floor was slippery too in a handicapped room! The caretaker will be handicapped from injuries taking care of the handicapped person. Highly disappointed.

Smoke detector was missing from the ceiling, crumbs on the floor, stains on the couch/curtain and there was hair all over the shower wall. Woke up and left in the early morning only to return in the late afternoon to find a cockroach. Packed up becuase we werent staying another night there and the office manager looked me in the eyes and said I would be getting a full refund on my card on file. Two weeks later and there is no credit and the office claims I received only one night credit which I never did. Customer service was not helpful and had no record of my previous calls to them regarding this.
- JJJoleneJan 1, 20264.0This horizon inn has a very charming look. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and very sweet. She acted like she really cared about us and having a good room. The room itself was okay except for two things. One- the electrical was really weird and there were no plug-ins beside the bed on the table between the beds. There was one plug-in on the wall but it only worked if the overhead light was on. So we had to screw out the light bulbs on the overhead light just to make the plug-in work. Also, the bed was very very firm and I prefer it not to be hard as a rock. But it's a really cute place to stay and there's a black bear diner right close to it eating out.

The lady that checked us in on 11/20 was very friendly. And the older woman from this evening 11/21 was extremely kind and helpful when I went to the front desk to see if they had water for purchase. She kindly gave me a few bottles for free. Thank you.
