We had things stolen from our room and staff was not helpful about it. My Apple Watch and two snorkel masks were stolen out of the room. I won’t be staying there again!

Staff were great and gave an excellent food suggestion. Rooms were good. Lost an airport, probably in the room but they haven't called. All in all would gladly stay again.

We booked this hotel 2 weeks ahead of our trip. We booked through the company website and not a 3rd party app/website. We checked in at around 5pm and went to our room to discover they'd put us in a studio king suite instead of the 1 bedroom king suite I'd reserved. I went back to the front desk so they could move us to the correct room type, only for the person at the front desk to tell me we were already in the room type I booked. I brought up my reservation to show him we had booked the 1 bedroom suite and he told me it was the same thing. I then brought up the company website and had to show him the 1 bedroom suite is almost twice the square footage of the regular studio king suite. He then went through the reservation information again and proceeded to tell me somehow our room type was changed by someone and the room we reserved wasn't available and asked what id like to do or if a discount would be appropriate. A 30% discount for a smaller room for us and our two kids doesnt begin to cover the problem. I specifically chose this hotel because it was one of the only ones left in town with a 1 bedroom suite available. My wife and I decided to get a refund and stay somewhere else, so in order to cancel they had to bring the manager out. He was super apologetic about the whole situation and then shared that there were people who were in the rooms earlier in the week that had extended their stays into our reservation dates. WHAT?! Thats when you tell THEM there is no availability for an extension because those rooms are booked already. How can you ignore my reservation and just give it to someone else? That's a horrible way to run a hotel when your reservation system doesnt actually reserve anything. You might expect something like this from a small private establishment, but from a chain like the holday inn they should be ashamed that this could even happen. We were able to book a last minute airbnb and get out of the disaster that is this holiday inn. We won't be back.

Stayed recently for a business conference held at the Casino. It was one of the better room layouts I've ever seen, but poor building design choices made my room louder than a cheap motel.
Pros:
- Lots of easy to use space for multiple suitcases
- Outlets on both sides of bed
- Bathroom was clean and had full size pumps of Dove products
- Breakfast started at 6:30am
- Breakfast had a variety of hot and a la carte items that could be taken back to your room on disposable plates
- Staff are very friendly and personable
- Room was clean and well maintained
- Bed was comfortable
- Allows pets
- Mini fridge
- Pool & Hot Tub
- Convenient enough location, North end of town, blocks from the casino
Cons:
- First floor rooms are across from a busy and noisy pool that doesn't close until late (10pm)
- Side access door (closest to parking) does not work with key card
- Key cards cannot be placed by your phone or they will deactivate (happened 3 times in the 2 nights I was there)
- Loud! From vending machines across from your room, to the pool and people in flip flops, to gutters that leak onto a metal roof, to thin doors, you hear everything in the hallways outside your room and many people come in late from the casino
- I wouldn't recommend this hotel for more than a night or so with a dog, you can't use the side door to come back in and there's no real grass area for potty breaks
- The $50 incidental they warn you about is PER NIGHT not total, your pending credit card charge could be hundreds of dollars more than you expect. They say it will be returned
Full Disclosure: I am in the process for being refunded after a dog barked for over an hour in the room next door in the middle of the night, the staff member I talked to was lovely but there seemed to be no night manager easily available.
