- CBCalla BhimjiJan 1, 20265.0This is one of the best holiday inn Express we have stayed at. My husband and I are Diamond Elite members - we stay 70+ nights per year around the globe. We were impressed. We were greeted, and acknowledged by status. Our room was upgraded. It was the cleanest hotel I have ever seen. Jeremy B was the housekeeper for our room, and I have never seen such a shiny bathroom. They have a designated pet area - not many pet friendly hotels offer this. We recieved complimentary water upon arrival, and the Front Office Manager (Kayla I think?) was incredibly accommodating. We would 100% recommend and stay here again. Excellent hotel.

Side door to parking lot had key card not working had to enter through front entrance. Coffee was ice cold on several nights and mornings. Breakfast was not what it was before, sausage was disgusting and only had bacon twice with no refill. Room cards had to be reset 3 nights of 5 nights due to them not unlocking room door. Sure does not seem like the same hotel I have stayed at 4 times in the last 3 years. Seems to have lost its luster for the price.
