  I booked a one bedroom suite. It said there was a separate bedroom but it was just an L shaped room. Bedroom was divided from main room by a see through gas fireplace that did not work. Other things that did not work include Coffee pot Bed side Power plugs Pull out bed was uncomfortable and had no sheets or bedding or pillows. We had to ask for them. Elevator was so slow No place left to sit at breakfast and coffee was empty Old Sock left under the couch Very disappointing and I have always been impressed with Holliday Inn.

  I called to make a reservation with a room with a jacuzzi yesterday for today. I called to verify the room I paid for had what I asked for, as it turns out I was lied to and apparently they don't have any room's with a jacuzzi? Something that should've been mentioned when that was my only request 🙃 Paid top dollar to be lied to and told there's nothing they can do 🤣

  We decided to try out the Holiday Inn Express in Lincoln City and were disappointed with our stay. To be fair, some of the issues we had were out of the control of the Hotel, while others were. The biggest issue was that for our four day stay we had the WORST water pressure I've ever experienced during our entire stay. The shower and sink barely worked and the water would cut off completely multiple times while in the shower. After talking to the front desk I was told that they had a power issue which caused the issue, and that they were sure management would take care of us after our stay with a good discount on our room. Upon checking out I inquired about what discount we were getting and was told that the hotel manager would reach out to us soon. Over a week later we are still waiting. The second issue was that the hotel offers fresh cookies in the evening, which is a nice touch. We had some our first night, but none were prepared for guests the next two nights. When I asked about this the front desk clerk said that they didn't make any because there were not enough people staying at the hotel. This made us feel like the hotel didn't care enough about the guests that they did have staying with them to put in a little effort and prepare a smaller batch for them. This attitude and the lack of follow through to make things right leads to guest not feeling valued and is very disappointing. Perhaps our stay was a fluke. We are still open to giving the Lincoln City Holiday Inn Express again some day, and if we do, hopefully I'll be able to write a much better review.

  I had a room with a ocean view but you could not sit on the couch or the bed and see it.

  I don't recommend this hotel. The customer service is very poor. I had to cancel my stay at the hotel due to an emergency I wasn't even at the hotel for 10 minutes, and they charged me for both nights. The front desk clerk told me they would only charge me $112 for the late cancelation and the manager would contact me about the matter, but he never reached out. I had to call them back four times, and each time they told me the manager would get back to me about the issue. The front desk clerk said that the manager decided to charge me for both nights, and they never provided me with the number to contact the manager about the issue. I find this hotels service very poor and would not recommend it. I ended up getting charged $245 for staying 10 minutes. That's ridiculous! They need a better manager!!
