A Special shoutout for Kelly the evening staff person is wonderful. Friendly and very efficient. I have been going there for years and she is a treasure. Side door to parking lot had key card not working had to enter through front entrance. Coffee was ice cold on several nights and mornings. Breakfast was not what it was before, sausage was disgusting and only had bacon twice with no refill. Room cards had to be reset 3 nights of 5 nights due to them not unlocking room door. Sure does not seem like the same hotel I have stayed at 4 times in the last 3 years. Seems to have lost its luster for the price.

- SSShakiraOct 17, 20255.0Was in Lincoln City to watch my dad compete in a pool tournament and made my reservations way in advance. Location is great! Close to beach,stores,and is dog friendly. My only issue was when I called prior to my check in date I was told that not only could I NOT adjust the reservations so I could leave a day early even though it had been booked for months in advance but that I would be charged double the amount! Double the amount to check out early!? I actually felt bad that the nice lady on the phone had to attempt to explain this absolute ridiculousness and try to make it..make any kind of sense. This is a bad policy and just plain bad customer service. It is a huge weekend and would have had no problem booking it. I come every year and this was my first time staying in a hotel. Looks like I'll be getting a house again next year, with this property as a last resort..
