  We are diamond members, we atay with this hotel chain alot. We have stayed here many time. It has been almost two years since last visit. Very DISAPPOINTED with this visit. We asked for a room closer to the elevator, we even called the morning of and asked, they said no problem. We get there and they put us at the other end of the hall (furthest) from the elevator and she said this is closest to the elevator. There were ants on the nightstand(on the second floor) Then just as we are getting ready for sleep the heater kicked on.. it sounded like it was going to land on the other side of the room. We shut it off. You have to stand and hold the handle down for the toilet to flush.. even ground leavel. We decided that we were not going to stay another night we checked out the next morning. As we loaded the car the guy came out and started smoking. I even said "you realize my husband is on oxygen," his lungs are already compromised. He took one step forward and one step to his right. No apology. Nothing. Will not stay there again.

  Was a bit concerned on route from Portland when I couldn't get a hold of the motel directly but constantly got bumped to CENTRAL RESERVATIONS. However, eventually the manager, Lyndsay Allred, did get back to me and was very helpful during our conversation and when I got to the motel. Much thanks to you, Lyndsay!!! A great location in a very touristy coastal beach town and a very quiet evening considering it is right on Hwy 101. A generously-sized and clean room with all the amenities and very comfortable bedding provided a good sleep. I must say, however, that the TV system (like many other motels) leaves something to be desired. No GUIDE access on the remote and no movie channels, not that I was really there to watch TV !! I had to leave early so I missed the breakfast, but the dining area was very much more spacious and comfortable looking than I have seen before at other motels. I was able to grab some delicious pastries and coffee for my early morning drive.

  This was one of the best stays I've had in quite a while! My family and i decided on a whim friday morning to go to the coast for the weekend and came a cross this hotel. The hotel was clean, the room we had was amazing, and the breakfast was better than some places you'd pay twice as much to stay at! The staff was extremely friendly especially the German Lady at the front desk (sorry can't remember her name) but she deserves a raise! The pool and hot tub were a great especially in the evening after a long day. Definitely recommend this place! Thank you Best Western for your hospitality!

  Anita at the front desk is so nice. She's the GM, front desk person, head of maintenance, dishwasher and I'm sure so much more. She made check in seamless. The hotel felt safe and clean. Everything in the room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable and we had a separate front room seating area for watching evening TV. All the jets worked in our Jacuzzi tub. Safe located in our room. Free breakfast buffet 6-9:30 am. Free WiFi and free parking. Elevator available.

  I would come back to this hotel any and every time I come back. The staff were amazing, the rooms were wonderful, the location was convenient for what we needed. 10/10. Even when the hotel was fully booked, everything was taken care of, nothing was missing. Breakfast items ran low, but not out - just how it ought to be.
