  This best western is dirty. 216 has a broken shower, and the tub was clogged full of water. They doesn't care, about you. If, you stay there. Everything that happens is your fault!! Your opinions will not get you a refund. The kitchen serves cold food! You will drive past the whole town to stay here.

  Beware! Horrible! I was hoping that the manager at this hotel would make things right, after our recent stay that ruined my birthday weekend. Came back from the beach to find ants, had all but devoured all of our snacks for our toddler! They even Got into my husbands coffee! When we pulled out the sofa bed to find hair In the mattress, bed was remade by the wonderful hostess downstairs, but as you can see the carpet and debris underneath the head of the bed was unsettling, aside from that we could not use the AC or the heater because of the dust buildup. I didn’t want to be awake, coughing all night, and also went to open the window and found all kinds of debris in the window seal! Now I normally wouldn’t have complained, but this was unacceptable conditions, and they did not think that they needed to offer us more than a very small discount that didn’t even cover the cost of the food that we lost. Very unacceptable and will never be coming back. Have been a best western rewards member since 2019

  The front desk was hospitable and friendly. The rooms were just what you need. The pool was nice, with a shower along with a hot tub, and the breakfast was great! Eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal, juices, coffee, potatos, biscuits and gravy. If we're in Lincoln City again we'd gladly stay there.

  Worst Best Western I have ever stayed at. Our AC was loud (sounded like a jet engine), the tub backed up with brown stuff, some of the drawers in the room were broken. It took over an hour to get ahold of someone to get extra towels. Went to the front desk multiple time and no one was there. The breakfast was good, other than the cook coming out and saying to everyone you guys need to give accurate numbers. There are too many people in the dining room and that we (all the guests) were going through to much food and too fast. Then after leaving we find that they double charged our card.
