  DO NOT STAY HERE AFTER LEAVING THIS REVIEW 2 DAYS AFTER MY STAY I WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $250 I DID NOT DAMAGE OR SMOKE IN THE ROOM. IN FACT MY ORIGINAL 100$ WAS RELEASED JUST TO BE CHARGED 250 TUES MORNING WHEN I LEFT ON SATURDAY Had to come to Portland due to my daughter having surgery. stayed here two nights as our normal best western is down for remodeling this was easy to jump on freeway to head up to the hospital. Rooms are redone very nice even with the freeway noise but thats where the nice stops after our first night housekeeping assuming we checked out throw away our food drinks just bought from their expensive market and minor things that we didnt take with us to hospital and took all our money and change we left in the room (it wssnt alot but more then enoughto not think it wasn't a tip). Notifying staff when we returned the lady at front desk seemed apologetic but then was no where to be found for the rest of the night nor did she try and contact me to discuss result from her looking into it. i figured I would deal with it at checkout. Fast forward to today the next morning at 8 am housekeeping enters our room with out knocking or saying who they are. Waking us up after a long night being up and dow with an uncomfortable child who just had surgery, when reporting to front desk the blond guy at the desk couldn't care less making excuses why my money was taken as "most people tip for daily service" and "I'll let housekeeping know" no sorry for your inconvenience no smile no nothing when I told him an apology would go along way he ignored me as if I was bothering him. I was a gm for another national chain for 10 years and they have policies in place regarding money left In stay overs and housekeeping knocking and announcing them selves when entering a room that is not checked out for safety and security not sure why they dont here as he told me "hotels all have different policies" as if it was my fault I dint know they'd take any money left in the room and and would just randomly walk i to the room while we were sleeping. The safety of your customer and belongings should be standerd policies. UPDATE: WAS JUST CONTACTED BY THE GM WHO BLAMED ME SAYING I CHECKED OUT AFTER THEB1ST NIGHT BECAUSE I ACCIDENTALLY LEFT MY KEYS IN THE ROOMS AND BECAUSE I I HAD TO TAKE MOST OF MY STUFF WITH ME DUE TO NIT KNOWING IF WE WOULD BE STAYING AT THE HOSPITAL DESPITE ME NEVER TELLING THEM I WAS CHECKING OUT (HE ACTUALLY TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE TOLD THEM I WAS STILLNSTAYING IN MY ROOM) AND DESPITE ME BEING CHARGED THE TWO NIGHTS AND 100 DEPSOIT AT CHECK IN. THIS GM WAS VERY RUDE TALKING OVER ME AND NOT LISTENING TO ANYTHING I WAS TELLING HIM TELLING ME THEY THROWN OUT MY JUST BOUGHT DRINKS AND SNACKS CAUSEBIT WAS SPOILED I JUST BOUGHT THEM FROM THEIR MARKET 6 HRS BEFORE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND. I WORKED IN THIS INDISTRY FOR 10YEARS AND IF YOU CANT AT THEY VERY LEAST ASSURE YOUR GUESTS THEY AND THEIR BELONGINGS ARESAFE A SEECURE FOR THE TIME OF THEIR CONTACTED AND PAID FOR STAY (YOU SIGNEA CONTACT WHEN YOU CHECK IN ANDBTHEY CHARGE YOUR CARD FOR RULES THAT THEY EXPECTYOU TO FOLLOW OR THEY WILL CHARGE YOU)BUT CANT KEEP UPBTHEIR PART OF THE CONTRACT THIS PLACE ACTS LIKE THEY ARE ENTITLED TO YOUR MONEY WEATHER FOR THE NIGHT STAY OR ANY MONEY YOU HAPPEN TO SET ON THE COUNTER WHILE YOU RUN OUT FOR A BIT SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DO NOTBSTAY HERE

  The freeway noise was so bad they had earplugs in the rooms. The breakfast was subpar, the staff was just okay. I have been a long time Best Western Rewards member, but I will not be staying at this location again.

  המלון לצערי לא מומלץ חיינו חוייה לא נעימה בכלל לקחנו 2 לילות יחס ושרות גרועים כולל המנהלת שהגיעה ביום שאחרי. קודם החדר אין בו שום דבר מיוחד. והמקלחת והשרותים לא משדרים יוקרה אלה להפך. ביום הראשון בבוקר היה לנו סתימה בשרותים וכל המים יצאו החוצה ונכנסו לחדר לא מצאנו אותם כדי לעצור את הזרימה . כוון שאני מבין אז סגרתי את המים מאחורי השרותים כדי שלא ימשיך לזרום בחדר עד שהגיע הטכנאי וטיפל בזה(מזל שזה היה בבוקר ולא בערב בהמשך תבינו למה) . הבלגנו על זה כי זה אולי יכול לקרות. ביום השני לאחר שחזרנו מטיולים גילנו שלא ניקו לנו את החדר בכלל . ביקשנו שינקו אמרו לנו שאין להם מנקה בשעה 9 בערב ואין עובד שרות בערב רק משהו בקבלה. תשובה ממש לא הולמת . (מה היה קורא עם היה נשפך קפה על המיטה או משהו אחר היינו צרכים לישון אם זה ??) ביקשנו לדבר עם המנהלת אך היא לא הסכימה ואמרה שהיא תתקשר כמובן אף אחד לא יתקשר. בבוקר שלמחרת במקרא ראתה אותנו המנהלת ולשאלה מה קרה ולא האמינה שלא ניקו את החדר. אמרה שתבדוק במצלמות אם לא נכנסו לנקות ואז תשלח לנו תשובתה במייל - כמובן שלא קיבלנו שום מייל. מלון פשוט לא מומלץ השרות כזה פשוט וזול. לא שווה את הכסף. גם החדרים לא מציאה גדולה. לא כייף לכנס בכלל לחדר השירותים ואמבט. אכזבה אחת גדולה.
