- JJJeffreyApr 13, 20265.0The rooms are clean and modern with lots of cubbies for organizing, nice tv, lighting, furniture. Relaxing. From heating and a/c to mini fridge, you are pampered for the price. Coffee 24 hours or provided in your room. Pool and hot tub, fitness, decent breakfast in relaxing area. Another Best Western 'go to' for me!

- DLDamian LoMar 10, 20261.0---- EDIT: Someone from the hotel responded to this review without leaving contact info, again seems to me like they're just going through the motion and not genuinely trying to help. If you are the manager of the property, you have my contact info under the same last name on the night that I stayed (Feb 28). ---- Arrived late (11pm at night) with my baby already sound asleep in the room. We discovered that the toilet was clogged (before we even used it) and we didn't want want anyone in the room while our baby was sleeping and was told we can unclog it ourselves. When I brought this up the next morning, the front desk basically said "too bad, we offered to unclog it and you said no" and rudely denied any compensation even though the room was not ready for us as guests. Hilmy who is the manager of the property reached out about the situation and "offered to help" and a discount for future stay. I told Hilmy that I inquired for a compensation, which was rudely denied, for a room not being ready and us as guests and having to do the work to unclog the toilet . Hilmy insisted on a future discount and has since stopped responding to my email. Unless you're ready to do some maintenance work while you stay at this place, I suggest you look elsewhere.
