    I've made multiple reservations at BW La Pine and their manager, Tiffanie is always so helpful and kind. All of the staff are! If you need somewhere to stay in La Pine, this hotel easily the best option.

    The lady that checked us in was GREAT! The rooms were clean. There was a very loud whining/humming sound coming from the tub when we were running water for a bath. Not sure what that was. The guy working the morning shift/breakfast room was not great. My husband and 4 yr old daughter went to get breakfast...based off the time on the clock in the room it was 6am. My daughter just wanted some eggs before we had to leave. The guy very rudely told my husband he had to wait until breakfast time, which apparently was still 10 minutes away. My daughter ended up having to take her eggs to go because we couldn't get them a few minutes early. Be aware...don't show up to the breakfast room before 6AM!!
