I stayed in this hotel a few weeks ago picking up a horse with a friend. I realized I had lost my iPad , I searched for it and it was at the hotel . We called and they had it and they went over and above getting it back to me ups, the staff was so helpful and polite , if I am ever in the area , I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here , the room was great too , very clean. Bonus when the front desk clerk saw we leaving early before breakfast , they have bagged snacks that we were able to take with us !

Our comforter had a stain on it. Housekeeping does not ring at all so the front desk was the only one avaliable to bring us a new blanket. The room was hot for sleep and the thermostat wouldn't go below 68. The pool is tiny. Breakfast was out of coffee. The shower head dripped unless you wrenched it so hard to off that my daughter couldn't turn the shower on the next day. The plate around the handle was already coming off the wall.

Our truck broke down and we needed a last minute, late night, dog friendly hotel to stay at. We’re so glad we chose the Hampton Inn and Suites. All staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room and accommodations were so nice! Great hospitality, like a welcome sign with our name on the tv, such a nice touch, and the breakfast was really good! Walkability was convenient since we didn’t have a car, too. I wish we could have stayed a second night!

I was excited when this hotel opened, as I visit La Grande frequently. Sadly, it's been a disappointment every stay. The rooms are clean and in great shape—it's a new hotel—and the food tolerable. There are several places in Pendleton and Baker City that are as nice or better but less costly. The EV chargers are a scam. They were unavailable the previous four visits. This time they worked. Despite claims by hotel staff that they would be "much cheaper" than nearby options, they are the most expensive in La Grande! The Tesla app also charged me for 8 kWh more than my car received. Walk a block to the nearby fast chargers at Starbucks and let your car charge while you eat at Denny's (better food). Overall cost: $211 = $149 hotel + $62 charge. For comparison, a recent stay downtown Portland at Hotel Eastlund (much nicer) cost $165, including room ($110), valet parking ($45), and a full charge ($10 flat fee). Sadly, it's still likely better than other options in La Grande.

Overcharged for pet fee. Pet fee is supposedly $50 per night I was told by a Helyn Conlin. I was charged $75 for the pet fee for one night, wow expensive. Helen Conlin is ignoring my emails requesting clarification on this discrepancy- and also can’t get a hold of anyone through the “live chat” ..not so live. They also don’t even have a jacuzzi at this location, bummer. Front desk staff were very nice and the room was pretty clean otherwise. Do better Hilton.
