    Don’t buy the late checkout option online. They don’t follow it. We had staff pounding on our door at 10am an hour before check out wanting us out of the room. When we confronted them about it they told us that they can’t do anything about it, and that I would have to call headquarters. So, I called headquarters and they told me the exact opposite that it was the hotel’s responsibility. To conclude, if you love being lied to you should stay here!

    I recently stayed and when I checked in the room smelled musty and bed sheets had hair in it. I wouldve asked to switch rooms but when I checked in the front desk seemed condescending. Definitely not worth what I paid for.

    I stayed 1 night in a double occupancy room. When I walked in the place looked clean and my experience checking in was good. The lady was a new employee learning and thanked me for my patience, very friendly and showed excellent customer service. Lobby was clean and the place looked nice. Got to my room and overall it wasn’t bad. Some areas could have used more care in the cleaning department. Tub had a hair in it but overall not terrible. Beds were a bit uncomfortable for me, I’ve experienced worse hotel beds for sure. They had a nice continental breakfast. Clean and great options. My only complaint I really have is our toilet clogged and nobody went number 2. Water overflowed. We informed the front desk and she said “that room, again”. I left the room number out but she knew what room. She said she’d send maintenance there as soon as they arrive. We waited 2 hours and decided to just leave to our event. My 1 night stay was $177 overall good experience a bit pricey for uncomfortable beds and toilet issues.

    Muy buena ubicación, limpieza , seguridad y atención. Sobretodo que el jacuzzi estaba disponible solo para nosotros. Así se disfruta más. La alberca tenía el agua templada pero no fue problema para nosotros. Buen lugar para pasar la noche.
