    The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. The location is perfect for our needs. We will probably stay here again.

    Ny Airbnb had a mix up so I grabbed a room here. The hotel smells like cigarettes. Bed was OK Lock on my room was broken. Shower head has horrible lime build up and water trickled out. Coffee was cold in the morning. No streaming options on TV. Staff checking me in struggled even with getting my phone number right after several attempts. It was odd Overall this is a dumpy hotel that the company clearly doesn't care about keeping updated. Felt like I stepped into the 70s. Won't be back

    Rooms were clean and the stay was comfortable overall. The carpet felt a bit outdated and slightly worn, but everything else was well kept. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

    The front desk staff was awesome when we checked in. The room was so-so, nothing to write home about. The breakfast had was not what I found in a typical BW breakfast. The food was Luke warm. The eggs were cold and did not taste that good. They had a coffee machine that you cold pick different options and the flavor was awful. It also over filled the cup. For the price per night in LaGrande, OR I would not recommend.
