During my first visit, I addressed several issues with the manager, including cleanliness, employees smoking by the door, and the fact that my door did not lock properly. She wrote back saying they take every concern seriously. I had to stay there a second time for a few more nights and everything was still the same or worse.

You can't beat this place when you take into consideration the really nice breakfast they offer every day, beverages are available 24/7 with cookies and milk at night. Sometimes if you need a snack during the day, there might be fruit and other things still available from breakfast. The staff was really kind and attentive. I would have no problem whatsoever recommending Best Western Olympic to anyone needing to spend the night in Klamath Falls.

The room smelled like a swimming pool, so much bleach had been used we wondered what was being covered up! And the bathroom floor did not, apparently, get the bleach treatment. The halls and stairs needed vacuumed. The main floor needed mopped. The room was very comfortable, once we left the window open for a couple of hours while we were out. And the breakfast was delicious, as always. We smelled several other rooms that got the "Bleach Treatment", as we walked down the hall, and hoped they were vacant so the smell could go away. Sad to see such a nice place not being taken care of.
