I have been a member for 13 years and this location provided the worst customer service experience of any of the locations I have stayed at IHG. I book for myself and crews and have my coordinator book for crews as well. Ashley the manager called and said she was canceling the reservation because I was booking a room for a crew member in the city I live in, not true as the hotel is in Keizer and I live in Salem. I tried working a solution but she would not work with me at all. I have stayed here and also put crew members up in this hotel before with no issue. Ashley would not allow me to speak with her boss or provide the name so I could reach out to this person even after multiple attempts. She is on a power trip for an unknown reason. I am going to switch and have my coordinator switch to a different hotel chain for myself and crews and see if we can find one more accommodating for the working class. Ashley, shame on you for pushing away a long term customer. A manager should be problem solution oriented, you are not and I am surprised you are in your role. IHG, retraing is recomended.

Except for constant traffic noise, this hotel was very pleasant. We were on the 4th floor away from the freeway and I still could not sleep due to the noise. (I just read a review that said to sleep on the freeway side because not as loud.) I am a very light sleeper. Had the fan on all night, sounds through my headphones and still heard constant traffic. My husband slept through it all. So for easy sleepers great stay. Our room was large, as was the bath, and both are very clean. The bed is decent; bedding attractive. Also, the hallway and entry were very clean, the personnel are very pleasant. Ate at Hops and Drops just around the corner. Yum! Perfect set up for weary travelers. A variety of shops are within easy distance. Only the noise level will prevent me from returning.

Really help staff, the night front desk employee gave great food suggestions, and was helpful and patient. Other than the lack of a small table on the one side of the bed, and no single towel hook in the bathroom it was great. A special thank you for putting the safety bar and the shampoo and such in the correct spot by the tub.

They're listed on Google, Expedia and have contradicting information on their website that say they are pet friendly with a fee. Unfortunately they also say elsewhere on their other page, which we found out later, they don't allow pets. We doubled checked the info and the page that states its pet friendly is for this location in Keizer. Unfortunately this put us out of a hotel without a refund available. Please update your information and SEO accordingly
