The name of the game in hotel service comes down to the management and people operating it. Mandi and the group running the Best Western in Keizer, Oregon deserve to be acknowledged and serve as an example of exceptional customer service. I travel for work often and I experience all types of hotels and staff. Everything from the cleanliness and appearance of the building, lobby, and rooms to the warm friendly atmosphere the staff and front desk provide. Mandi, the general manager even went out of her way to contact me MONTHS later and mail me a piece of clothing I left in my room. The vest was probably worth the same amount as the shipping but her effort to provide the best stay will never be forgotten and I will tell everyone about this specific hotel and experience. Stay there!

Hotel and rooms could be cleaned a bit better. It's in a convenient area close to food but also kind of a rough area. Breakfast was a little small on selection but what they had tasted ok. Front desk was friendly and had average noise for a hotel.

Just stayed at the best western premiere in Keizer Oregon and the tv didn’t work, the ice machine worked only on the second floor and the police were there because there was a theft during our stay. Seemingly transient people in the halls and when I asked about the crappy tv the office said turn it off then on again which I’ve done a lot. Best western should refund my money. I’ll never stay here again.

Haven't stayed in hotels for a while. Best Western Rewards Member. Booked room thru third party.. Unaware of policy that you couldn't get points if booked this way. New owner at this hotel. Unacommodating for error. Very pleasant front desk staff. Room was large, modern but was not as clean as I would expect for Premier Life. Coffee pot was broken, shower not clean, combination of old and new towels. Toilet mot set firm on gasket. What a let down. I expected higher standards from Premier!
