  Beware of scamming and rude service! We stayed here for 4 days and I asked for full housekeeping service every day and did not receive it even once! They never changed the sheets our ENTIRE stay, didn’t vacuum, and didn’t clean or replace bathroom items. And then when I politely asked the housekeeper if she could help me throw away some pizza boxes from a previous night she gave me the most horrible disgusting look and just nodded her head,didn’t even take out her ear pods or respond verbally she looked disgusted that I had even asked! After all this, they pulled a card that I had from a previous visit and illegally charged it a $250 fee without even telling me! I had purchased the room with Expedia so I thought it was a mistake, and when I called, the front desk lady told me…usually that’s because of major damage to the room. So I asked for proof of this and she told me that they don’t share that. Then I was told to call back. When I did the next day I was told the manager was busy and I would receive a call if I left my info. I called 3 more times and expressed my concern for waiting for a call back as I had not received one and the manager was there many times I’ve called. It’s been 3 weeks and I still have received no proof as to why they illegal charged $250 to my card and not even a call back from the general manager. I have been a faithful IHG member for years and I can honestly say beware they are scamming people out of money and I will NEVER stay here again. We also have many guests come to visit us in Hood River and I will also vehemently advocate against staying here to everyone who asks for recommendations. Stay somewhere friendlier, with more class, and that actually supports the IHG franchise values.

  We stayed here to go on the polar express train ride, and the staff was incredible from the people at the front desk (who provided utensils for their store food long after breakfast) to the main engineer cleaning the hot tub when he realized the water was cloudy. The ring were very clean and comfortable. Thank you to the housekeeper who cleaned our room before and after we stayed. Everyone we encountered at this hotel was great and the rooms were brand new. We will definitely be back

  This is the 3rd year in a row that we have stayed here while in town for the Polar Express train ride. The staff is always very helpful and considerate.

  Everyone was very nice. Rooms were very nice with comfy beds. Big bathroom, swimming pool and a hot tub. We took all if it in. The staff there is very kind and professional with a kick. The young lady from Texas was a hoot to talk to since I am from Oklahoma. It was a fun time!

  Room and the bathwoom were very clean. Had a comfortable stay. Bed size did not feel like queen, it was a full size bed. My biggest complain was the breakfast. It is supposed to run till 9:30am, but at just 9 the eggs and potatoes ran out and they said they wouldn't refill it. Breakfast is part of the room charge, nothing comes free. So it was very unprofessional and cheap for them to not have the main breakfast items even till the entire service time. If they dont want to keep breakfast till 9:30, they should change the timings, not stop service
