  I had a pleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. I stay at this hotel nearly a month and can say that the front desk experience is top notch compared to other hotels I have stayed at, especially Alissa who was very helpful with any questions and/or concerns I had during my stay.

  Had out of town family staying here for most of a week and while we were all impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the rooms - The elevator was broken for at least two days. No sign posted at the front desk and no indication of where the stairs were. And it turns out there are only two stairwells on opposite ends of the building - not near the elevator - and they require key cards to get in. All well and good until the elevator is out for two days and people have to come down to let you in (while dealing with young kids) or you have to wait and have a conversation at the front desk. Clearly the staff were doing their best and had no control over anything, this is 100% a poor reflection on management and corporate as to the lack of clear signage and information as well as the length of time. I can't imagine how upset I'd be if a loved one with mobility limitations had been staying there. And no first floor rooms to be moved to. If you're thinking of staying there I would call and ask them when the elevator was last serviced and certified. Being broken for at least two days doesn't bode well.

  Very clean and quiet, at least while we were staying there. No place super close to eat but you can walk about 15 min up the way to a shopping area for groceries and places to eat.

  So far very happy with our room. Clean,smells nice and quality soap. Love that it has a mini kitchen. Lady at front desk is so nice and welcoming. Very helpful. The breakfast area looks very nice.
