  Our stay at the Best Western Hermiston Inn was truly elevated thanks to Teresa. She took wonderful care of our rooms, keeping everything spotless, organized, and welcoming every single day. Her attention to detail and consistency did not go unnoticed. She also assisted us during breakfast, always present with a warm attitude, making sure everything was well stocked and that guests felt comfortable and taken care of. Teresa brings a sense of professionalism and kindness that genuinely enhances the guest experience. People like her make a real difference. We’re very grateful for her dedication and care.   Great customer service from the people at the front desk. Great coffee/hot chocolate/tea selection, and lots of accomodating rooms. I recommend staying here.

  Overall it's a great place to stay, good staff, comfortable. My family of 5 were traveling from Seattle towards Utah and decided to stay the night here. The room was clean and neat but the only problem was the uncomfortable odor as soon as we entered the room. Free breakfast was a plus here, the touchless pancake machine was icing on the cake. I was looking forward to jumping in the pool at the night we arrived but unfortunately it was closed for some reason. But it doesn't matter because I slept good and ate good, what else do you want from a hotel?

  Clean rooms, good breakfast... They clean your room daily and the staff are all very kind. Dennys is next door if you want food at 2am. Its not in town, more on the outskirts but it is a quick 5 minute ride into town. No Elevator so make sure to book 1st floor if unable to use stairs!
