  I have traveled for work 38+ years and have stayed in hotels around the nation. I stayed at this hotel for several days and got to put it among the best I have ever stayed. The rooms are big and very comfortable, the best part is they are immaculately cleaned daily. There aren’t many hotels that do that anymore for extended stay bookings. Breakfast was good and the Denny's next door is a plus. Very quiet which makes for a good nights rest.

  3/26: decent place, no nonsense and not a lot of frills. Inconveniently located on the far edge of town. There is a Denny's restaurant that's open 24/7 right next door. The breakfast was outstanding and included fresh fruit.

  I stayed here for a month for a work. It was great! Very nice front desk staff who make really good cookies, conveniently located, quiet enough for me to be able to go to sleep early very easily. I especially want to highlight the room service/housekeeping staff. My room was IMMACULATELY cleaned and organized every day when I came back, and whatever cleaning products they use smell amazing. I travel frequently for work, and this was some of the best housekeeping I’ve ever had.

  Our stay at the Best Western Hermiston Inn was truly elevated thanks to Teresa. She took wonderful care of our rooms, keeping everything spotless, organized, and welcoming every single day. Her attention to detail and consistency did not go unnoticed. She also assisted us during breakfast, always present with a warm attitude, making sure everything was well stocked and that guests felt comfortable and taken care of. Teresa brings a sense of professionalism and kindness that genuinely enhances the guest experience. People like her make a real difference. We’re very grateful for her dedication and care. Thank you, Teresa, for making our stay feel easy and enjoyable.

  Great customer service from the people at the front desk. Great coffee/hot chocolate/tea selection, and lots of accomodating rooms. I recommend staying here.
